Wild Boar Radiator Relocation Kit Compatible with Yamaha Grizzly 550/700 (2007-2013)

This had all the parts that I needed and worked great. 1 change that I made was to put the snorkel on first (I bought the Snorkit kit that had all of the pieces needed to snorkel the bike). The snorkel came out the front, and the radiator relocation kit sat a little too far back, without enough clearance for snorkels (there are 4 snorkel pipes). So, by installing the snorkel first, I was able to drill 2 different holes in the radiator relocation kit and move it a couple inches forward. This made all the difference.So, 1 piece of advice: install the snorkel and then the radiator relocation kit, since you have a little place in the positioning.

The kit fit very well and looks great. The only complaint is that the instructions could have been a litte more detailed and there was one temperature gauge plug that was not accounted for in the kit. This was not a big deal as it is just two more wires that have to be elongated. Overall I love the kit.

Do not use the fittings they send to lengthen out the radiator hoses. They are of terrible quality and mine failed after 2 days. I replaced them with brass fittings and have had no problem. Also the radiator hose that’s in the kit was not long enough so had to purchase more.

It didn’t fit my radiator on my 07 grizzly 660 and didn’t line up with my rack so I had to do some modifications but I made it work for now I still haven’t tested it out yet but hope to see if it really works

When the kit arrived it was apparent that it was a quality kit. My only issue is some of the mounting hardware had to be replaced with higher quality hardware and the spacers that mount the radiator to the kit were to short. Once the radiator was mounted the only way to remove the radiator cap was to remove the radiator. Vi made new spacers and everything seems good.
