Great customer service despite some problems with the product itself
Updated: I am leaving my original review below, but I did want to update as I did say I would amend this if things broke again. Two more of the moving pieces for wheel attachments have broken now, as well as one of the long white pieces. The small piece of plastic on the white piece that is the outside of the opening to click the pieces together broke off during play, and I would be concerned about that if I had younger children. For my older child, it was more a disappointment than a hazard. I did receive replacement pieces when the first pieces broke, so I a glad we had some to replace the ones that have broken. My original review follows. When we received the order for this, two of the pieces were broken. Whether it happened the first time my child was playing with the toys or before is a bit of a debate, as they were broken that first time. Either way, I contacted the company to tell them. The customer service was amazing! They replied within 24 hours and shipped out two boxes of their booster set that contained the pieces that were broken. I have now received those, and it has been a couple of days. If they break anytime soon (and we haven't opened one box), I will amend this review to let others know, but they seem okay at this point. As for the product itself, it is interesting. I will say that it is extremely difficult to get some of the pieces apart, even with the tool included to do so. M husband and I both had difficulty getting some of the pieces apart, so it's not just that is was difficult for my child. I don't think a child under the age of 8 or 9 could get some of these apart. As for the instructions, they are images like with Legos or the like. The biggest problem with those is that the pieces have to be put together in a certain way (or at least it seems that way from an adult standpoint and the images), and there are not step-by-step images of that. There are several images throughout the process, but there are places where it can be a bit confusing to figure out how they arranged the blocks to make what is pictured. While free play is great, my child is very visual and likes to start to learn how to use something new by following instructions. This was extremely frustrating for him since it was hard to tell just how they put things together in some of the images. All that being said, now that he has the hang of how to work them and has all the pieces needed to make a car or something else that moves, he does seem to enjoy them. He was disappointed that the pieces were broken, that they can be hard to get apart at times, and that the instructions were not that clear, but he seems to actually like the product overall. I think my biggest suggestions would be not ordering this for a young child or even an older child who might have poor hand or arm strength to take apart the pieces that are difficult to take apart. I would also not suggest order these expecting the directions to be as step-by-step as other products' instructions may be. I would also suggest checking pieces to be sure that they work properly.I will say, from a parent's perspective, that this company has the best customer service I have encountered in a long, long time. Definitely the best I've encountered on Amazon. They seem to care about their product and customer satisfaction. For that alone, I would say that it would certainly be worth the risk if you have an older child who likes to free build. And, truly, it's not a bad product. I really think they are trying to make a good product. I just think there may be some things that they have to tweak along the way.

Daddy is in the army and little boy loves army and Transformers so figured this was a good mix of the two
Purchased as a Christmas gift for 5yr old boy. Daddy is in the army and little boy loves army and Transformers so figured this was a good mix of the two. He has played with them a few times by himself but does not get drawn to them independently the way I hoped he would. The blocks are a little difficult to take apart. The tool that is included makes it easier (for mommy and daddy at least). Mommy and Daddy enjoyed helping the kids build with them over the winter. Right now we are in the middle of the summer months and playing outside more then we are inside. Will hold onto these to see if they draw his attention more this fall. Our 3yr old girl likes playing with them (might be more to torment brother) but they are too difficult for her to take apart. Hoping with another year under brothers belt he will grow into them. Thinking they are just to hard to take apart right now. Otherwise great toy. Blocks go together well and hold tight. Would definitely recommend but for children 7-10y...

Instructions are too complicated & pieces are hard to take apart.
I was disappointed in the Click-A-Brick set. I bought it for my 3 year old granddaughter because I thought it said it could be for her age group and she loves to build with Legos, so this seemed to be something different to build with. When she opened it at her party, we got it out & my 7 year old grandson and I were playing with it. He got discouraged trying to build some of the items with the instructions and ended up not finishing any of them because the instructions were too complicated (I couldn't get anything built either! Instructions are too confusing). It was also very difficult for us to take some of the pieces apart after we had connected them. My husband had to pry them apart with his pocket knife. My granddaughter likes to play with them, so I will probably keep them, but she has to keep asking her parents to take them apart. I expected something much easier than this.

Pros and Cons
My 5 year old grandson was excited just looking at the box. However, I think the directions for constructing the different toy items are very difficult to follow. I like the fact that the bricks have lots more options of joining them together than Legos do, but I thin there needs to be some much simpler toys to build with each set. My grandson came up with a much simpler robot version that he designed himself and even though he gets frustrated he has learned that the various configurations of bricks can be useful as well as frustrating and making things is certainly expanding his spacing concepts. I just really think each set should include directions for SIMPLE constructions as well as the exponentially more complicated constructions.

My 9 year old and 12 year old loved them too
I bought these for my 5 year old son. He played with similar ones at preschool and wanted some. I was surprised when it came in the mail- I didn't realize the pieces were as small as they were. But, he loves playing with them. It's a little complicated for him to put together by himself, but he does use his imagination and creates his own things when he doesn't have help. My 9 year old and 12 year old loved them too, so I plan on buying a few more sets for Christmas. It can be hard getting the pieces apart, but nothing they can't handle! Overall I am pleased!

Very nice kit!
Ordered three different Click-A-Brick sets for my grandsons. They arrived quickly and packaged nicely. Unfortunately, the pieces were just too small and complicated for my 4 year olds. My 9 year old grandson loved his set, I think it was the bulldozing one, and spent hours playing and building things. I feel these are good building sets but for older kids. Little ones get overwhelmed with all the pieces.

I love the concept but not the execution
I love the concept but not the execution. Not recommended for little kids. I was getting tired trying to follow the directions which can get a bit difficult to follow. After about 15-20 minutes, my eyes started hurting trying to figure out the pictures. My son and I took a break and didn't return to it yet.

Grand children loved it. They said it was easy to build ...
Grand children loved it. They said it was easy to build but hard to take apart, I guess that there is a knack. Whether a small tool could be made to make this easier for little fingers. They've spent hours playing with it - so yes I'd recommend.

Good fun
Blocks are good and my son has got fun to build from the instructions or create sth on his own. Unfortunately two blocks got easily broken when you try to take them apart. Otherwise good product
