METASOX Elite Crew Sport Socks

My son broke his right foot this year playing soccer. He is a goalie and we wish we would have had my son wearing these socks since he started playing soccer, because these socks would have protected his metatarsal foot bones. He is slowly recovering and he is using these socks every time he practices or attends his occupational therapy.

I bought a pair of Metasox after getting studded on the top of my foot in a game. The protective pad is very well done, but I was disappointed in the quality of the rest of the sock. It’s quite thin on the bottom and I’m not sure how long it will last. All my regular soccer socks are much more padded.

Love these socks! My daughter was having other players wrap in her foot throughout the game. Now she has no fear of getting hurt and playing back to her old ways.

Thought the pad would cover toes for extra protection from toe stomps. Still pretty comfortable but not sure if it enhances my game. I recommend another pair of socks over these

My son is a defender and is often stepped on.....most of the time by accident and occasionally on purpose from a frustrated striker. He loves the protection these socks provide him and we believe it has prevented multiple bruises or worse.I can not speak to how they feel, but I will say that my son would not wear any protective equipment that would slow him down. He has no hesitation in wearing these socks.
