Purchased Name plate from her. Liked the product received.

Pro- Good designscon- Complex ordering Process. Personal notes or message to send along with the product, like birthday wish to someone, not added by the product makers, they assure you to that they will send along with the plate, but they did not add a simple birthday wish. That is disappointed. Altough plate is good for doors, room hanging to gift someone.

I received an okay quality product, which had bad finishing at 1-2 corners... Also they made mistakes, which they rectified in a strange way...They did not follow instructions for what I had wanted the inscription to be. Also the font was not like shown in the picture, and way too large to be a nameplate or elegant.I had wanted the door number to be on the plate along with 2 names, but they gave me an excuse as to how even though they tried the smallest font but were not able to fit in my flat number - just 3 digits. I have actually, never in my life, seen name plates with such a large font. Anyway they made up for it by sending me a smaller plate with the flat number on it, which was the only thing I was able to use, as the original nameplate looked too tacky.I don't know if this was a mistake or carelessness, but this was not a very good way to take care of it...

Overall it pretty good as mentioned light weight easy to fix comes with pair of screws.
