I’ve been dealing with extreme knee pain for a couple weeks. I can’t get an appointment for another four weeks so I’m trying all kinds of home remedies. This knee sleeve arrived at 4 AM. I got up right then and put it on. I took it off a few hours later only because it was a hot day. I felt Considerable relief and could walk like I was almost a human again. I’ve had it two days and love it! A friend visited today and he has a bad knee also. He wore the sleeve for about an hour and decided to buy one too. He thinks it’s the compression that is helping.

Originally I thought I had ordered a Large as I had measured 17.7 inches but I did receive a Small. I was able to get it on but was very tight and seemed to cut into my skin too much. I contacted the vendor directly and they got back to me within hours and offered to send me a replacement right away. I ended up going with a Medium because Large seemed like it would be too big at that point. I received my replacement within a day and half and it fits perfectly. I appreciate their customer service and speedy action as I am needing this for a 5k this weekend. I can tell it will provide great quality. For reference I am 5’6” and 145 lbs.

I was upper end of sizing and went with the next size up which was too large around the knee. It is thick, and I would imagine very hot. Seemed like it was well made but haven’t been able to try due to returning for sizing.

I’m a long time knee brace customer. I’m a male, 6’2” 250 lbs. I’ve had at least 10 knee braces over the last 20 years. I’ve had five knee surgeries, + knee replacement on one knee. So if I’m reviewing braces, I know what I’m talking about. I’ve tried about everything on the market, so I have to say this is an excellent brace design. The old braces, with the side metal pieces, work really well, except now they’ve have incorporated the side springs/ walls into the brace itself. This unique new design works very well. I’ve tossed two other braces, and now this is the one I’m using exclusively. Well done and I recommend highly!

Fits great, looks cool... but for the price, I expected 2... I bought some compression knee braces recently and they fit and feel fantastic but I liked the gel pad option around the knee on this one. I figured since I paid less than $25 for my other set, this being double the price, I would at least get 2 since afterall I have 2 knees. So opening up the box only to find a single brace was a bit of a surprise. $50 seems a bit pricy for a single brace.The side bars are pretty flexible which seems counterproductive. I would assume the side bars were there to prevent your leg bending left or right while still maintaining the flexibility to move forward / backwards. I can't tell that they do much in terms of protecting my knee or maintaining any real sense of stability.... it almost seems to be an aesthetic choice made to look beneficial. I will keep it but I really wish I would have just opted for the Old Bones knee braces because I ruined my knees skateboarding and those seem to be made for my type of old bones. I wish the gel bad around the knee were thicker because if kneel down on my knees, the gel pad isn't tall enough to coushin my knee...I would rate this 3.5 if I could. It seems to work OK but I feel like it is way overpriced for what I got. I prefer the Modvel compression sleeves that I recently got that are half the price and I received 2. I will test this one soon when we go on our next big hike and update my reivew accordingly.

Love it. Helps with pain. Has an inner gripper gel on the top and bottom which is slightly sticky that prevents roll down. The inner ring isn’t too firm that it is uncomfortable to wear (I have tried on 4 supports at this point). The side supports move easily with the sleeve. Most importantly I went from limping to walking after several tendon strains and meniscal tear after a swift turn/fall. Bad stuff is minor: it doesn’t sit perfect on my knee cap (my cap is too big?) and it bunches behind the knee and I have to adjust it down sometimes. I got a 3 x and that should have been tight for me as I have big legs, but it ended up being perfect size, so size may be a tad bigger than expected. I was happy it could accommodate my thigh size without giving up support at the knee. Bravo. Best so far! I hope it holds up. There is no Velcro, you fold the thigh part over and slide it on then unfold the thigh part upwards so the gripper doesn’t grip before ya need it to, it just slips on. I do not know how it would do for those with leg hair.Update: If I could give it more stars I would. Each time my cartilage tissue pops/grinds and swells up I use this for a week and it calms down. No one is the wiser that I’m wearing it and I can walk normally. This will help me avoid/delay surgery. I give it all the stars!

These are the best knee braces I've owned. They warm up the knee and don't slip much at all, while providing a good amount of support without inhibiting movement. Material is great, I've used them in softball and after minor knee injuries, and they haven't been washed and still smell great. They've had a fair amount of use, including some sliding on rough fields in softball, and the material has held up great, still look new.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Love this knee brace. I am 100% bone on bone on my knees. Soon to have knee replacement. However until then, I need a brace for both knees. I have been looking a long time to replace the one I have and couldn’t find one I liked. This is very close to my old one and I think it has skightly better support. Highly recommended.
