Honestly I'm chocked how good this product is. Follow the instructions and you will be fine after day 3 my uti cleared up. No string smell. I've only had to use it 2 times and I still have a lot of pills left. Buy it you will no regret it. Saved me from the antibiotics.

I'm on my eighth bottle of this and it helps maintain my urinary tract health. Out of all the supplements I've tried this works the best. I have had a lifetime of urinary problems but was free of them for sometime until recently. I started having those annoying signs of an infection that I battled with using whatever I could to avoid going to the doctor or a clinic. After weeks it improved a little but would appear again. So, I ordered the UT-FEM and immediately started feeling great after taking about 2 days doses worth. I just hate having to run to a doctor or clinic to beg for an antibiotic or sulfa drug. The ingredients in this relieved me of some terrible pain, frequent urination, burning and itching and all around terrible feeling. The first time I took the dose on the bottle and went to bed and woke up feeling pretty good. I repeated the second day and it almost seems like I never even had any symptoms. I intend to repeat the 7 days just to make certain but I was so happy. Be sure to also drink a lot of water because it will help fight whatever you are going through and clear out those evil bacteria. I would definitely say if you hate doctor visits or get sick off of chemical medicines give this a try and I hope it would do for you what it has done for me. I don't believe personally that cranberry alone helps in all cases as with me I had just been taking cranberry and it would ease it for a bit then I would notice the irritating symptoms again. Many of the ingredients also have health benefits outside the urinary tract that are wonderful as well. The pills are average sized and a bit smushy if you push on them with your tongue and drink the water so I did not find them hard to swallow....I even swallowed one sideways ooops and didn't really choke or anything. I just advise to make sure you are not allergic to any of the items in the capsules. Other than that advice I had zero side-effects.

Ok. So. This product does exactly what it says. It flushes the bladder. It does not cause the same urgency as with bladder problems but will cause you to pee alot. You should drink extra while using this, in my opinion. I also used ask while using this to stop burning.

I must have been nuts to buy it three times. It did absolutely nothing for me.

I was fighting urinary pain for about four or five days and AZO and cranberry juice wasn’t doing the trick. I was afraid to pee for fear of the pain. It took my breath away and not in a good way haha. I needed help. I saw these online and the reviews were promising. I didn’t want to pay $35 for 6-a-day pills, but I knew a doctor visit would cost way more. So I tried it. I got them Sunday mid morning. By Monday night I could use the restroom without pain. I am so happy I spent a little extra money and I know that these will be my secret weapon from now on. I am so pleased.Only thing that I don’t like is the size of the pills. They’re a bit big...but I’ll take that for the quick relief any day.

I used the whole bottle and still have a UTI.

Originally took this for UTI symptoms and I don't think this is a coincidence but one month after taking this product my menstrual cycle was regulated, my water retention dramatically decreased and there was a HUGE improvement in my skin. Even my coworker noticed a difference in my face and told me I looked like I was "aging backward." Again, could be a coincidence but I'll give it another go around to see...
