Daughter loves this hoverboard. The lights are great, looks amazing in the dark. I have dropped a star as you cant change the colour of the lights as advertised via the app. I have managed to connect to the app to change the settings just not the lights.Other reviews says that it moves on it's own, ours does this from time to time but not a real problem.Fix the app so you can change the lights and it would have been 5 stars.

An amazing product, kids loved it, played with it for three hours straight until one half of the board just died and it would not work again. It was being used sensibly with no crashes, only inside. Great Christmas Day to bad Christmas day in a minute..!To be fair, Amazon refunded very quickly (yes, I had to take it to a nearby depot but that wasn't a problem), but they didnt give me an option to replace, which was frustrating as I had bought it during black Friday, so any replacement was going to be much more expensive.Moral or the story, good, solid product, but questionable quality. Maybe I was just unlucky or maybe they have build issues..?

Purchased this item as a gift to my 7 year old daughter for Christmas day along with a cheaper version for her younger sister. The cheaper version works fine and performs as expected. Unfortunately this item (the more expensive of the two) moves before you can even balance on it. The right wheel has a tendency to rotate when it feels like it. We have tried various resets but to no avail. Very dissapointed 7 year old who is upset that she 'can't do it as well as her sister'. When in reality, she can balance fine on the her sisters cheaper item. Return requested!

Works perfect i decided to get this for my little girls 7th birthday and she is so happy with it its so easy to work and the app works with my samsung galaxy with no problems i would advise setting it up with your phone before using so you can set the max speed and beginning mode the lights on this look so cool especially the sides of the wheels

I have purchased two of these hoverboards as I’ve been really impressed with them and come Christmas I will be buying a third. A well made hoverboard with great battery life. This hoverboard has no problem driving on different types of terrain from concrete to grass it handles extremely well. A great purchase.

Really nice looking board although app doesnt work for apple phones it will for android also could find how to set wheel lights to single colour otherwise lovely board daughter was very happy for christmas

I ordered this hoverboard with a go cart that was selected on Amazon to be compatible,both of these items have problems.The hoverboard slips and slides even with the sticky pads.The hoverboard will not tide it stops at every bump on the pavement.This company have refused to refund me for my hoverboard but they refunded me for the go kart.

The app to go with this board is not working. Which means you are not able to use the board properly - I’m yet to work out how I can change from beginner/normal advanced mode and all the other settings as app doesn’t work properly
