I do a lot of indoor aerobic training where there isn't much of a breeze going across my face, so I sweat quite a bit from the top of my head. These head ties have been very good at capturing the sweat and keeping it out of my face. Because the ties are made from polyester they also dry very quickly and are easy to wash. I take one star away, because the ties eventually become saturated and start to leak sweat onto my face. However, that doesn't happen until after about an hour, and I can usually just squeeze out the excess sweat and continue using it.

This head tie has been a game-changer for me during workouts. Not only does it keep sweat from dripping into my eyes, but it also securely holds my AirPods in place. I absolutely 100% love this Nike Dri-FIT headband so much so that I purchased 4 more. My usage of the headband doesn't come in the traditional manner. I do a daily wash-and-go routine on my hair which takes a minimum 30 minutes to dry. During this drying process it's not uncommon for water to run down my face. Wearing the headband catches the water from running down my face....Now I can go out immediately after my wash-and-go and not have to wait in the house until my hair dries like before. Performance: My hair is always soaking wet when I put this on...So I can tell you that it catches water really well. In my estimation and takes 1-2 hours to fully dry from being completely saturated. I find that if I do a single knot it will start to loosen after a while so I recommend doing a double knot with the first knot being relatively tight and second loose.

Love it. My hair is soaked with sweat but wearing this it stays out of my face. Looks ninja like but I love it. And it ties and stays in place the entire run. 10/10
