Only lasted 4 years
So this will be a long term review; I purchased this oven in February of 2013, and it died this month (May 2017), so I got a little more than 4 years out of it.This is a difficult review to write, because on one hand, it was a far, far better purchase and value than ANY of the standard consumer grade convection ovens out there; Breville, Kitchen Aid, Hamilton Beach - those things are just complete garbage. This unit was built to a sightly higher standard and had pretty good performance, but obviously the longevity is an issue. What failed is the timer knob. At first it would continue cooking after the timer had expired; potentially dangerous, but we could still use it by unplugging it when not in use. A little while after that though, it would only come on if the timer was twisted all the way, as far as it would go, and it would shut off as soon as you removed pressure from the knob. One of the door hinges also broke about a year ago. To my dismay, the oven is also nearly impossible to disassemble; I am fairly handy with electronics and was confident in my ability to repair the broken hinge and the timer if I could have reached them, but the design of the oven made it clear that it was simply not made to be repaired. In the 4 years it was working it did a good job, and was used a lot. Probably 3 or 4 times a week at our house. It was never good at browning, and I wish it had a broiler function, but it didn't. The top and back did not get too hot, the handle was solid, the door insulated. The glass got pretty gross. Good size. Heated up much, much faster than our main oven, which is part of the reason we're going to miss it a lot.

Efficient convection oven
The media could not be loaded. I bought this oven bake to bread and it is doing that very well. Temperature and time knobs are working correctly. My Only complain is door is getting very very hot, not able to touch hot. If you touch anywhere on the door, but handle , you can burn yourself.

Overpriced and disappointing
I wouldn't recommend it if your intention is to use this as a household appliance. It is definitely overpriced for what it is (at the time it was $344). Maybe it could be sturdy, since it is officially a commercial oven, but overall it is too crudely made and carries too many annoying attributes for use at homes.I wanted a basic simple convection oven and that was why I ordered this oven. So I had low expectations because I didn't expect it to be fancy. However, this one has gone below my "low" expectation and I was taken aback when I got it. The fan is very loud and it also rattles. It takes 15 minutes to preheat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit so it takes half an hour just to reheat anything. The tray that comes with it is crudely made out of simple aluminium foil, which I doubt I would use it for any baking at all. The rubber seal around the door frame is wobbly and the top part is drooping. I hope with time it is not going to stretch and droop lower anymore because if it did, the heat is just going to leak out. Also there's not even a light inside the oven. When I was done baking and the timer reached zero, the fan stopped but the timer kept ticking despite the fact that it was on ZERO. It had reached the end of the cycle but for an unknown reason the ticking continued. Since it is not electronic, unplugging the cord would not stop the ticking either. I must say that it truly ticked my brain in a bad way. I'm not sure what to do with this oven.P.S. I've read a review saying that the outside of the oven was not hot at all. That is not true; when it is in use, it is very hot everywhere around it.

Only a 6 month warranty. Didn't last long, lasted 7 months.
Purchased this oven in April of 2022 and its early November and it is not cooking evenly, the cook time almost doubled. We had the same oven for over 7 years until it went out. Called customer service and found that the seller only gives you a 6 month warranty on this item beware.

Hard to find in this size.
Altho the dials are clunky, it wasn't a suprise, cause it is advertised as such. Generous amount of room for cooking.

A perfect size for home kitchen use. A convection oven is handier then amicrowave. This unit works good and it seems like a durable built oven.I hope it holds up to many years of use. Stainless steel interior which is easy to wipe and clean ,not hot to the touch on cabinet sides and top.
