will this fit the Dimplex 36EB110-GRT fireplace box?

Hi Alyce,The Dimplex DFI23TRIMX is designed only to fit the Dimplex 23" Electric Log Inserts - model numbers DFI2309 and DFI2310. The Classic Flame 36EB110-GRT does not have an available trim kit.

what size heating element does this unit have ..

This is just a trim kit. It fits multiple Dimplex units.

Ive bought a dimplex model dfr2651l from amazon. i would like to buy the pine mantel shown in the photo, can you send me in the right direction?

To our knowledge this is not a mantel that Dimplex offers. It looks like it was made custom.
