It came quickly in the mail within four days. it only took us 30 minutes to assemble it and I didn’t even need the instructions - come on it’s a chair with only a few pieces to assemble lol and it was very easy to follow the directions if you needed to refer back. Of course I am kind of a handy guy with tools, but even if you have a little bit of experience you shouldn’t have a problem putting this chair together there’s really not that many pieces to assemble. I’ve seen people write some reviews saying that they took two hours to figure it out and that’s just ridiculous. It’s really comfortable and fun to use. It has a lot of options like recline, extra padding for lumbar support and neck support and it’s, fully adjustable, and very well-made, and most importantly priced fairly. I’ve seen chairs go for way more and this one is just as good. Im going to get another for office at my garage. It’s so sporty looking! I keep seeing people say this thing breaks? Well, I’m 220lbs and five feet eleven and I didn’t break the foot rest like these other people who must be slam dancing in the chair all night lol come on guys this is a 200 dollar middle of the road chair that’s giving you a lot of nice options and features, AND for a fair price! This isn’t a premium office chair you’ll find in a law firm, bank, or executives conference room, those chairs are usually 1000 dollars folks. I’m also buying the matching desk they make too right after I’m done posting this review. Because I’ve bought many office chairs over the years and I’m having the most fun with this one. And yes, this chair is best fitted for certain “frame types” let’s say, but I’m no small guy and I take care of my stuff that I buy and I’m not rough with it. It’s great for gaming for a few hours and he’ll yeah as well as kicking back the recline feature and talking on the phone lol I’m so buying another chair for my office at the garage and a desk too! I wanna look cool over there and this chair screams racing! I don’t care if it lasts only a few years, or maybe it will be last more since I take good care of things, I’m not using it to go on a ship into outer space with the dam thing! I don’t need a five hundred dollar elite brand chair for my every day work. A buddy of mine has the same chair in his garage with a rough edged floor, grease, and chemicals and he’s had his chair a whole year beating on it and it never broke, I don’t know what these people are doing with the chair but they can’t be treating them correctly. So pound for pound and option for option, this was the best deal going. And anyone who says this chair is less then four stars surely doesn’t know what there talking about. I sat on this chair six hours today and the padding and pillows were satisfactory. Of course my leg was a bit sore because heck, nobody should sit for that long on any chair!lol But for the money, and the design, I think this chair is just fine.

Chair was pretty easy to put together other than getting the assembles seat onto the base. We had a plastic piece that broke but doesn’t seem to affect the chair at all. We have had it a year now and it’s still in really good shape.

Overall the chair is pretty well made. I'm around 250lbs and I have to sit carefully to make sure I don't snap it off (the base is situated a little farther back so it can put some pressure on the base plate if you're not careful). Don't even bother with the foot rest if you weigh over 50lbs, 100% guarantee it will snap off. At first I thought the chair was a little on the stiff side but for long gaming sessions its actually pretty nice and doesn't get to horribly hot. Really liked the included cushions and they're fairly easy to adjust. Love the color selection too, the orange is very nice and bright. One complaint is the terrible arm design, not only do they feel cheap like they're going to break off but they also have snapping swivels that do not stay in place (any little bump turns them) - if you can live without them I'd just leave them off. Second complaints is the back adjust slips gears very easily (which is a bit disappointing because its very easy to adjust).

I bought this chair because I needed to correct my posture when I work sitting down for long hours. There are two good things about this chair: 1) The actual support is great, and 2) Most of the screws came pre-attached, so I didn't have to hunt for them. But there are two bad things about this chair that tipped the rating for me. It's not the easiest thing to put together. The instructions were OK, but the problem is that you have to build the entire top portion (seat+back+handles) first and then pick it up to attach it to the base and the hydraulic lift. The top portion becomes quite heavy for this purpose, especially if you don't have some help from a 2nd person. But the biggest issue for me was that once I attached everything, the hydraulic lift DID NOT WORK!!! Luckily the height at which the chair was stuck worked for me, so I didn't have to return it. But I can imagine how much of a headache it would have been if that wasn't the case. The shipping box was flimsy for the product's 50lb weight and was already damaged from shipping, so there was no way I could have used it for return. I'm not even including the time wasted for disassembly and re-packing. Hope you have better luck, or hope you find a different chair that works for the same price!

Overall great. I love the functionality, footrest and being able to recline. Chair is very comfortable. Have been using for one year and so far it is holding up well under heavy use. It was super easy to assemble and a good value for the money.

I purchased this chair just under a year ago and i loves everything about it. Easy assembly, comfortable, sturdy, etc. However, the stress points under chair eventually gave way with the metal cracking. Overall awesome chair but would have loved to have it last longer

Unfortunately the instructions had some errors for example they referred to screw (N) however N was the head rest so had to eliminate where other screws would go to determine which to use. Also when connecting the arm, the instructions had the screws the wrong way round which resulted in some damage to the arm rest where the screws poked through. Disappointing as I paid a lot for a chair that is now damaged. Other than the assembly issues, the chair itself is great. It's very sturdy and I love the footrest and recline functions.

After the annoying process of reading the rough instructions, the chair makes you glad you brought it. Wonderful and yet to have back pain as I had in my previous office chair. UPDATE : someone help me out of this thing because I’m not happy unless my cheeks are firmly planted on this chair. 10/10
