**Q: My callers say they can hear an echo when I’m speaking to them with the headset on.  Any reason why?**
A: I bought 2 of these and both of them had this exact same issue. People on the other end said they heard their voice looping back to them. Had to stop using the headset because it became a huge annoyance. Extremely disappointed.

**Q: Does the headset alert you that the mute button is on? When I am listening to a call, this can be annoying.**
A: My husband said he hasn't had that problem. He said try resetting it.

A: Yes there is a charging cable included but it's very short.
