Selenium was recommended for the some symptoms I was experiencing and it helped me in unexpected ways. As far as the odor; that's selenium, not Now (the manufacturer). Selenium has a foul odor. Now's third party certification was a major deciding factor. I'm now buying a couple other vitamins from them. Great product

Great brand, I bought this brand because I believe it’s clean and healthy with no fillers. But research it yourself.

I'm new to selenium. I'm required to take this for 6 weeks. I'm currently on week 3 of it daily. I'm not sure if it's doing anything, but I THINK it is. Overall, feeling more positive! Experiencing a lot of hairloss still. The smell of the inside of the bottle is foul and chemically strong. I have to pinch my nose and swallow the capsule. I also have to shower more often because it made my body odor a little stronger (which is expected). I'll see what this does for me.

Amazing for sleep. I take 600mcg and I can sleep normally again. 200mcg doesn't do much for me, maybe a little bit.
