Spring Valley Collagen Peptides Powder Hair Skin Nail Joint, 9 oz

This product is great. I see a difference in my joints & my hair. I only use about 1/3 a scoop. My husband uses the full scoop.

This should be number 1 when it comes to which Collagen Peptides supplement is the best. I started losing weight and exercising about a year ago and I lost weight in my face to. The first picture you see is before Spring Valley Collagen Peptides Supplement, then the next on is a picture I took a week after taking the Collagen Peptides supplement, the last picture you see is me now and I'll be 58 this August. I've tried other Collagen Powders and they did not work as fast or as good as this one did, and the only reason I used other Collagen Peptides is because our local stores ran out of this one, now I have to travel to the next state over to even find it. I've tried several kinds of collagen powder and I like this one the best. It is the best value for the same ingredients as the more expensive brands. I use this in my coffee everyday. I'm not sure if they improved the formula, because I don't know why other reviewers say it has a foul taste/odor and it doesn't dissolve. I can say that it dissolves completely in my coffee with a few stirs (just using a spoon). It has no odor or taste. I think it adds a fullness/richness to the coffee without changing the taste. No complaints here.

I'm not sure why others are saying negotiate things about the taste smell or ability to dissolve. I bought this from a local store and I love it. No weird taste. No foul smell. It dissolves easily in my bottle of tea or soda.

My daughter introduced me to this and I am now on my second purchase. I'm not a coffee drinker but this dissolves completely in my tea and does not impair the flavor at all. I can see a definite difference in the quality of my hair already. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a collagen supplement.

While this product may produce better hair/nails - less and less of it gets put into the container when they sell it to you. Maybe try collagen in a container they are proud enough to sell you a full container of.
