Great protection in the field and in the gun safe
Butler Creek caps are great. I have them one of my rifles for 33 years. I put them on and haven't fussed with them since and that is a rile I've dragged to Alaska for Moose, Montana for Elk, Canada for Caribou and is my prime deer hunting rifle every year. However, Leupold started threading the inside of they're scope bells to allow fitment of they're own proprietary caps (screw in and magnetic), so I've not had the need to buy another pair of Butler Creek caps until recently. I mounted an old Leupold (I've owned for years, but never mounted) on a new rifle. I bought these caps (this one for the objective and a thumb operated one for the eye piece) to protect the lenses. They fit like a glove and open with the flick of a finger. They seal out the moisture and dust, which keeps your scope clear when in the field. Note I used the size chart and since my dimensions didn't fall exactly on an available size, I order the next size down.

Well-Built, Easy to Use, and Highly Functional
This flip scoop cover fits my flashlight perfectly and adds a solid layer of protection. The flip-up mechanism is smooth and stays in place when open or closed, making it super convenient during use. It’s built tough and doesn’t feel flimsy at all—great for outdoor, tactical, or duty use. Installation was quick, and it hasn’t loosened after repeated use.Excellent accessory that adds both function and durability. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their flashlight setup.

Sizing listed was correct.
Worked great!

Almost fit.
I couldn't find a perfect fit for my new scope. But I heated it up a little over the stove, pulled to stretched it and pushed it on. Get it lined up correctly because as it cools it tightens back up.Alls well that ends well.

Great product
I have these on all my hunting rifles just to keep dust and debris off my lenses, they even work in the rain. Good enough for the military.Good enough for me. I recommend you go to the factory website for proper sizing

Better than the original Butler Creek lens caps - work great!
I purchased two pairs of these Butler flip-open scope lens caps to replace the loose, failing and aggravating caps provided by Sightron with their holographic sights. Butler Creek has nearly perfected these caps. I've had some a long time ago that weren't as good because the flange that mounts to the scope wasn't flexible enough, but these use a rubbery plastic that is just right. It stretches enough to fit but it's tight enough to stay put and not slip and rotate when you try to use them. As others have said, it's better to go a little small and stretch them as needed rather than going too large. If you are forced to go too large, you can wrap black vinyl electrical tape around the scope to shim it up to size a few thousandths of an inch per wrap. Use a good quality electrical tape, such as Scotch 33+.If you find that your lens caps won't stay closed, try pulling the caps back off a tenth of an inch or so. If they still won't stay closed, you probably need the next larger lens cap so the bases aren't stretched too much when installing. These scope caps seem a little more expensive than they should be, but you only need to buy them once, they work as they should, and they're a pleasure to use. Buying quality only hurts once... and they're not THAT expensive.

Objektivschutz
Einwandfreie Funktion zum Beispiel auf meiner Sionyx Sport Tag- und Nachtsichtkamera als Objektivschutz gegen Kratzer und Dreck.

Sehr gut.

Cheap investment for hunting, pays dividends.
Excellent for stalking. If anyone has stalked prey, they know that when you walk 6 miles through a bog in the fog/rain and your animal pops up just out of the tree line and you raise your rifle for the shot and can't see anything because of a wet/fogged up scope, $20 bucks could have just saved your $4000.00 hunting trip. Worth the buy, easy to use!Tips:Ordering online is a bugger to find the correct size for your scope. I used a caliber and found the exact size, ordered the size range but my scope was on the upper limit of the size range and the cover was too tight.IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF THE SIZE ORDER THE NEXT LARGER SIZE UP. It's better to be a little loose than too small. You can fix this with 1-2 wraps of electrical tape around the bell of the scope.I used a

Snaps shut just as easily. Keeps lens dry and protected
Fits scope perfectly, flips up from either side with simple thumb press. Snaps shut just as easily. Keeps lens dry and protected. Seems sturdy / durable. Many shooters at my Field Target air rifle club also use this make of scope cover on a variety of different scopes. I'd buy another if ever needed.
