Not the same as the expensive brand. Less of a Heat effect. But still effective and cheaper than the named brand. Don’t expect such a heat sensation but decent enough pain relief.

I use this product for muscle pain and it is equal too, if not better, than creams costing three times as much. Thoroughly recommend it, and delivery was amazingly fast. Thank you so much.

I fail to see what all these 5 star reviews are about as this stuff is garbage. No heat from it what-so-ever, totally no benefit in using it at all. Costs £1 in the poundshops...says it all really. Rub a potato on your strained muscle, it will do the same job. *EDIT* Outraged I have to give it 1 star rating. It's not as good as that!

It is not ralgex which is no longer made but it is the next best thing I have found on the market.
