I admit at first I was afraid buying a 'lesser known' robot vacuum brand.However, after purchasing my C560, I was VERY impressed with the vacuum.I was amazed at how much it picked up off of my seemingly perfectly clean wood floor!The camera on top of the unit is also an amazing hidden perk - as I get a 360 degree view around my vacuum, WITH AUDIO, and the ability to capture pictures - EVEN WHEN I'M NOT HOME.I was most worried about the customer support aspects being as it at first wasn't clear to me how to get support from the company.However, there is a very easy function to write for support directly from within the app (as well as an email address), which also allows their tech's (if you grant permission) to monitor the vacuum to try and diagnose problems. I would typically receive responses in 24-72 hours, even during covid, and if I respond to their emails right away, I get a response typically within a few hours.I found the customer support to be excellent, and everything I would expect from any of the better known and more expensive brands. (and for those of you wondering because the company and support is located overseas, the English is excellent in correspondence).When I started to develop issues with the vacuum stalling out over small inclines, and being as the unit was only about 9 months old I wrote to support - who asked me to send them a video of the vacuum error so their tech's could diagnose the problem.I did that - and within a few hours I got a response that their tech's determined the motor should be replaced, and they offered to send a replacement part with instructions on how to install it. However, not being very savvy at that, I asked for other options, and I got escalated to the 'VIP' service level, and they agreed to send a brand new unit at no expense to me. I couldn't ask for better customer support than that!Given the excellent customer service and support , the price point, the wifi capabilities (ps - make sure it is hooked to a SOLELY 2.4gh router to save yourself some headaches - I simply created a separate 2.4g network dedicated to my vacuum from my 5g router), PLUS the ability to swap out for simple wet mopping - I can highly recommend this product! I really got the sense Coayu appreciated my business, and highly values the satisfaction of their customers.

This C560 vacuum is great for it's price. It does the job I expected for the most part. The camera is nice because you are able to tell where the vacuum is in the house. I've used it about 4 days in a row now and it learns the layout of the house a little more each time. One of the problems I have noticed with it is it will say "cleaning complete" and return to the charging station after only cleaning 3 rooms. I doesn't always recognize and go down the hall and into the bedroom. When it does go into the bedroom it hasn't been able to find it's way back to the charging station and I either have to help it or it dies and I have to physically return it. It's is great at picking up animal hair but the bin has to be emptied fairly often because the pet hair collects around the front of the bin and does not fill the entire bin. I have not tried the mop part. The app does great when you get it connected but I had trouble getting the wifi to turn on and connect to the device but it was great once I did. It has a few things it could improve on but overall for the price it does what I need it to do and cleans wonderfully.

It's smart, it has remote control, it has 5 cleaning modes, it tells you its status, it cleans with brushes, it cleans with vacuum, it cleans with attached mini-mop and it returns to the charging base when it's tired...nah, when it calculates its battery power needs to be recharged.If you look at the price you pay for this cleaning bot, you will laugh in your dream! And, BTW, its sleek and red & black design will definitely give you the I-think-I-get-a-BMW-with-Kia-price grin on your face.Don't listen to me. Buy it, use it, and see it with your own eyes. Then send in the picture of your grin to let all Amazonians know that you love it!

After a year and a half it stops all the time and you have to push the button to start it again.

I purchased this about 6 months ago, I love it and it was a great purchase and a great company. Every time I have ever reached out to them they responded almost instantly. They have great customer service. I recommend this vacuum to anyone who just wants a basic good working vac.

I have another robot cleaner at my main home. I purchased this one for a ranch house which I only spend about 30% of my time living in. I paid extra for this one because it had a camera on it. I had this notion that perhaps I could move the vacuum around and take a look at the place while I'm not there.So in order to use the camera you have to use the phone app. Which I eagerly downloaded. While I have installed hundreds of apps on my phone--not this one. I get kept getting the English/Chinese message that asked me to acknowledge the app failed to register. When I hit the button I get no extra help about what to do. Calling for help was worthless. Oh by the way, it did come with a remote. On my vacuum at my main house the remote can make it go anywhere you want. Not this one. I can start and stop it (so I know the remote can communicate with the thing), but it ignores the remote commands to turn right or left etc.Finally, when it is sitting in the charger, is makes a strange clicking noise that after a few hours becomes maddening. It is also impossible to connect it to my wifi. Maybe I just got a dud, but it is almost completely worthless. I'm just going to by another Eufy

Vacuum does not get stuck no where near as much as the other 2 robots I have tried. Mops well. Suction could be better, have seen things left behind. Does really well with pet hair. Unit is very quite. Doesn't freak my dogs out like others have. Do not like the fact that can not control vacuum with the remote while it is vacuuming. Must push power then use remote to guide it where you want. All in all best one I have had.

The media could not be loaded.  I've bough the vacume cleaner in September. And I was very happy with how it works. Most of the time I was using the hoover/ mop option as it is very handy for everyday use, but after not even 3 months usage it turned out that he water container started to leak. Firstly I couldn't locate where the water was coming from but after few days it turned out that the glue that was connecting two parts of the container let go. In my opinion the way its design is unfortunately wrong as the water tank is divided in half just in the middle if the tank and the glue is not holding good enaugh. Of course I have contact the seller and at the beginning the contact was OK but for some reason I was trying to send a video showing the problem and the seller kept replying that rtue attached file can't be seen by them. So I kept sending it in different forms that the seller was asking me to. And stopped replying to my messages. It's been 2 months that I'm trying to get my prtobleem solved with no result! I do regret that I havrse bought it as it is even impossible to findgf the parts for it anywhere.

Similar to other people I had difficulties connecting to the WiFi, due to the wrong instructions in the box, but the app will take you through it.The battery life isn't great, I feel like it's forever on charge.It doesn't seem to map out the room all that well, I observed it go over the same one meter strip several times until I nudged it to go over to another part of the room. This happen in each room it went into.It's suction isn't great over carpet, however is fine on tiles and laminate. It doesn't take away the need to do the hoover as there are nooks and crannies that it can't get to (and no other similar sized robot can do).I am a little disappointed as it makes out more than what it promises to deliver.I did not use the mop facility, and unfortunately will be returning it.

Really has good suction power but is very very flimsy Only lasted a month which is a shame because i really loved steve "yes i named him" but ultimately the plastics was very cheap and it didnt last. First was. A problem with the robot itself. A part fell off then the charger was the same very cheap plastic. Just stopped working completely. Ah i miss how he cleaned i cant deny that but its a shame they didn't use better casings

Ok so I have had a few robotic hoovers at the moment for hoovering I have the deebot. which I have to say is amazing... I bought this one purely for the mopping facility.. Though themopping facility is up to standard it's not great. It loses all stars for Alexa capability... yes I can get it to connect to the internet but the amount of times that is loses its connection is ridiculous there's no point in having the camera facility you can only watch it when it's online obviously... and mine tends to be offline and not working most of the time

It is decent at the vacuum part, but don't expect much from the mop side of things. Struggles to get fresh paw prints off tiles.Better off using it on random mode as the room map feature isn't great.Overall I'm happy with it for the price however over the past year have had to reconnect the wife and now the charging wire has stopped working.__________________Update; After care support is non existant. wouldnt purchase from them again.__________________months of trying, no response___________________Stopped working just over a year of use, can't receive any support. Have a eufy 3 years and still works. Stick with more known brands
