doesnt raise my blood sugar
i am prediabetes on a low carb diet ,these do not raise my blood sugar at all thank goodness since i cant have bread this is perfect for me for tuna or peanut on them anything you like even chicken salad

The taste is distinctive and satisfying without being sweet.
I liked the texture of these crisp cracker-like oblongs of “bread”. They are hard to the touch but become soft and flavorful in your mouth. They don’t get old and moldy because they’re dry. You can keep them around in the bedroom for a snack. What you have to beware of are the crumbs. They easily get all over your bed if you’re not careful breaking the crackers up. You can use them with nut butter, guacamole, hummus, etc, etc.

Healthy cracker alternative
Healthier than other Crackers. Multi grain. Fiber enriched.

I'm almost living on these while I take off the pounds!
I'll admit that these are an acquired taste. They were sort of difficult for me to get accustomed to, but I learned to use them as a platform to build all kinds of healthy snacks with, and I'm sure I've just scratched the surface of possibilities. One thing to do is just use an olive oil sprayer and spray them with olive oil. That adds some flavor and make them less dry, but that's like spraying pure calories too. These crackers are great with sardines on them. I just open the can of sardines and dump the fish and the oil on the crackers, and put them in the microwave on 20% for about four minutes and warm them up, and I get a tasty and healthy snack. Lemon pepper goes really well on these I've found. Another way I've found to enjoy them is to warm up bone broth and dip these crackers in the bone broth. It's like having crackers in soup, in a minimalist way. Thanks to WASA for making one of the great packaged foods out there.

Crackers are Good
These crackers taste ok and are very crispy. I am on the Mediterranean diet and they are compliant. I dipped them in hummus as a snack. I am happy with my purchase and feel like I got good value for the money.

Low calorie is a plus but pricey a minus
Wasa crispbreads are good for the lower calories and sometimes lower sodium. This one is like that but pricey.

This has become a staple in my pantry
Sometimes it's hard to find healthy alternatives to white flour based, sugar laden breads and crackers, etc. But these are not only delicious, but are whole grain, low sodium and made with only a few ingredients that you can actually pronounce. Plus, they're filling/satisfying! They can replace bread and/or crackers depending on how you use them. Can't say enough good about these.
