Hot & Cold Wrist Wrap (can also be used on elbow)

I bought for my wrist after recovering from a bad break. This ice pack was very comfortable and light weight.

This is exactly what I was expecting it to be. It fits perfectly, ices all of the spots I need it for and “re-freezes” in a short timeframe. It also can be used on other parts of the body.

Fits perfectly and I have a large hand. Reduced wrist swelling. Great quality.

Good product. I use it cold out of the freezer to help with my carpel tunnel surgery recovery. Nice comfortable wrap.

The one product photo does not do this product justice. I broke my wrist in 2 places and tried other wrist wraps. Here are the great things about this wrap for me:It fits any size wrist and hand. This is a huge plus for me. Other wraps were too big. I have a thin wrist. The thumb holes of others were way too large so they were loose at the top and did not wrap well. This one is awesome.It's very lightweight and totally soft and flexible (when warm) so you can wear it while you do other things. (I never tried it cold.)The gel goes all the way around - not just a strip on the top and bottom. This is key for me because I broke my wrist on each side.The gel is a solid piece, so no worry like when it's rice or another filler that keeps slipping to a place you don't need it.It gets super hot. (I haven't tried it cold.) I need to try putting a wash cloth between it and my hand, because when I heat it so it's hot it burns my wrist and hand. When I warm it less so it's comfortable, it only stays warm about 10 minutes. That's the bummer. Maybe if it had a fleece liner around it or something it would keep the heat in longer.UPDATE: Despite the positive features I mentioned above, I downgraded my stars because the gel goes from very hot to cool quickly. Maybe because the gel is a thin layer, and also because there is no cover for the gel pack.

I had surgery and need to ice 1-3 times a day and this is perfect. It’s actually the same one my PT facility uses, they recommend it and do do I.

I really messed up my hand and at Athletico PT they used this on me. I ordered one from Amazon and it is great. So much better than an ice bag! I can walk around, do stuff and ice my hand at the same time. Definitely recommend.

I ice my left hand to mitigate swelling as part of post-surgery therapy. Before I found out about the ElastoGel I used blue ice packs and a towel, which worked well but was awkward and tied me down. The ELastGel works equally well, but is much, much more facile.
