Ballarini Tesoro Countertop Blender - Cherry Red, Made in Italy

I am absolutely amazed about this blender. Look classy and beautiful, it is very high quality item and it does an amazing job. The red color remind me about Ferrari….I love the stand by feature - blender is always having a pulsing light on while in standby mode. I find it unique compare to other blenders. The pitcher is extremely sturdy and of great quality as well. I have also Ninja blender - and now after I purchased Ballarini Tesoro - Ninja will be removed from my house for good.I made broccoli cream soup and blend it - there is no words to describe the smoothness and silky texture Tesoro blender accomplished. I used highly appreciated pre program to blend my soup .Two days after I purchased my red Ballarini Tesoro, Amazon had a special sale on the grey one - when I saw it I purchased the grey one as well. This is how much I am impressed of this excellent product .Grazie Ballarini!!!!!!!

This blender is superb. It's classy--the red is a good solid red and is shapely. I have a Cuisinart blender as well and this blender performs better which surprised me. It also works as a personal smoothie blender with a different attached tall cup. I had bought a small blender previously solely for the purpose to make smoothies and now this big blender can accomplish both tasks. I especially like the hand grip accessory that tightens and then loosens when screwing and unscrewing blades and the pitcher/jar or tall smoothie cup. Another plus: The machine knows whether it's the smoothie cup or the regular pitcher/jar and shuts off after so many seconds/minutes (differing depending on which container has been inserted) which forestalls anyone over-running/over-heating the blender motor. Very pleased to have made this purchase and Amazon had it at a greatly reduced price when I purchased it before Christmas. An unexpected treat.

I bought this for daily use ( quick smoothies, cocktails, pestos ).I have a Vitamix but it’s large, industrial looking and doesn’t look nice on my counter. It’s great professional blender but not needed for daily blends.This blender is awesome ! Has enough power, cleans easily, is made well and looks AMAZING on the counter. I bought the ivory color and use it frequently. I’ve had no issues whatsoever.Update: still going strongStill easy to cleanNo issues at all

If you enjoy having to unplug and plug back in your blender, about 5 times as you attempt to blend the most basic of frozen produce, then this is the blender for you!It works about 22.6% of the time. Yep, every use requires it to be unplugged and plugged back in over and over and over in an attempt to "reset" the device. Then there is the smell of burning plastic, and metallic odor, after the motor runs. Not necessarily the most appealing when making a tasty drink.So just expect major annoyance, and you will meet your expectations. Or spare yourself the grief, and simply pick another brand.

Got this to make smoothies with frozen fruit and protein powder 2 X a day for a diet. Been using for two plus months and it is powerful and dependable. After reviews of other products leaking and cheaply made, this bad boy is solid and a handsome addition to the kitchen counter.

This is a full-size blender base with a half-size pitcher (and a single-serving travel cup that is only slightly smaller than the pitcher). The build quality feels solid, and the control is simple and intuitive. The retro diner aesthetic is also quite nice.Unfortunately, it's just not powerful enough to justify the price or the counter space. We cut our regular smoothie recipe in half, and the Ballarini still wasn't able to handle the frozen fruit we added. We dumped the mixture into our Cosori, and it demolished it.I can't think of a usage scenario where I think this would be a good purchase.

I bought this in August and did not review it. I have used it daily. It blends greens and fruit smoothies well. It holds up when you follow instructions. I have loved it. It looks beautiful and works very well and like most blenders is loud when mixing. I love it and the company who makes a moderate priced machine that holds up.
