You will need a team of PT specialists to get you adjusted in this harness. Then later when you take it off, you will need a few friends to help you get the harness back on. Work with shoulder and weights or strength bands; stay away from this medieval device.

Definitely helps with my shoulder injury
I hurt my shoulder working out and this brace works great so far. I've been able to wear it under my work clothes during the day. It definitely helps restrict my shoulder movement. Also, helps me apply ice treatment.Happy with my purchase.

Works as advertised!
I injured my shoulder and needed a brace to stabilize it while I recovered. This definitely does the job. The Velcro pad also helps keep my ice pad in place while I ice my shoulder. Great value for the price!
