This is my second Columbia braided belt. I’ve owned different brands but the Columbia offers the best quality for the price. I wear it exclusively every day. No other braided belt holds up to my daily use as well as the Columbia brand. Even if I needed to replace annually it would be the best value. Comfortable and easily adjusts to your waist size.

Like the belt overall, especially the holes running through the middle for the belt for buckling. Thus far seems well made. Purchased normal size and I could have sized down one I think.

I wouldn't normally review a product like this so soon after receiving it, but there's information on Amazon's page that needs correction/clarification. First, Amazon describes this two tone belt as brown/black, though the photo appears to show it's brown/tan. It really is dark brown/tan (and even says so on the tag on the back of the belt), as pictured. That was great with me but Amazon should correct the description to avoid confusion. Apparently, this Columbia belt was and may still be offered in a brown/black version, though not by Amazon at the time of my purchase. Amazon does sell a very similar Dockers belt in what appears to be brown/black  Dockers Men's 32MM Braided Belt , however.Second, Amazon's description says this belt is 100% leather, but that's not really accurate. The belt itself says that the tab by the buckle is genuine leather and that the lacing is bonded. Bonded leather contains leather fibers and non-leather substances, sometimes a very large percentage of non-leather substances. It is clearly inappropriate for a product such as this belt, which is made primarily of bonded leather, to be described as 100% leather. It really wasn't a big surprise to find that a braided belt at this price point contains a lot of bonded material, however.Finally, I should note that I've owned for several months a competitive Dockers belt purchased on Amazon  Dockers Men's 30mm Glazed-Top Braided Belt . This belt is thinner and lighter weight than the Dockers belt, with a less substantial buckle. That causes me some concern, but I like its looks and it seems in good condition so we'll see how it goes.

The belt is well made and fits well. I have had a few of these belts previously. Unfortunately, after a year or more of wear, the webbing breaks, making it unusable. When that happens, they’re such a good value that I simply order a replacement.

I really liked this belt at first. Looks great. However after about four months of use it's falling apart! I really feel like a belt, especially one made by an outdoor brand, should be more durable. Very disappointing and will not be re-purchasing.

I shopped around quite a bit before settling on this braided belt. When it arrived, I examined it to compare it to similar belts from mainstream outlets. This belt is equally as attractive as belts from LE and LLB, but at about 55% the cost. I've worn it daily for about a week and it shows no signs of wear and has still retained it's like new appearance. I don't think you can go wrong giving this product a try. I plan to order one or two more while they're available.

It doesn’t seem to be leather, and it doesn’t seem truly woven. Being from Portland, I’m a big Columbia fan, and was a little disappointed. But I’m a little wrong, too—real leather for this price? Come on. The plus part is that the belt looks good, is true to size, and has a bit of stretch.
