They are dry didn’t feel any moist or freshness… just two stickers that do nothing

They feel amazing and did make a small difference, but as I have puffy eyes due to a deviated septum and allergies, it wasnt huge. However I will continue to buy them as they are very soothing and do help to de-puff. They also leave skin super smooth and soft.
