Excellent product. Have been taking for a couple of months now. Have not had a cold or flu . Have not had any digestion problems . I will continue with this product.its,worth the money there is no taste .

Helped my gut health. I have noticed a difference after taking these for a while now, less stomach aches and stomach seems calmer. Pills are on the bigger side keep that in mind, although I have never had an issue swallowing them. No taste

Love the pure brand. Easy to swallow. Will not notice much unless you have taken it for a month or more and then stop. That’s when you notice a difference.

I saw all the reviews and have tried other supplements for painful bloating after eating. It was starting to get really bad and I never wanted to eat anything just because I knew what was coming after. This stuff changed the game. I take it in the morning on an empty stomach and it’s fine. Then I eat and I am still fine. If I am eating a large meal for dinner I take it again a few hours before but this stuff works! I try to eat relatively slowly as well but oh my god now I can finally go out to a nice dinner and not worry about being so bloated and feel horrendous right after. I take it consistently too and have seen it be more effective over time.

Just to give a background on my situation. A number of years ago I had used stimulant laxatives as a crutch whenever I was constipated. I didn’t use them excessively, but more than I should have at a certain point in my life. In retrospect, I wish I would have used Metamucil instead. That, and strenuous exercise has caused my ileum to be very sluggish, which has been verified by seeing a specialist & having tests done. And I tend to be constipated as a result. Fast forward to now, I experiment with & struggle to find various supplements to help my stomach motility. I’ve tried 3 different kinds of l-glutamine, including this brand. One brand I tried seemed to make me feel worse where I’d wake up in the morning feeling more bloated & a part of my digestive tract felt frozen, like it was pushing out. But I feel that the Pure Encapsulations brand works best for my situation. I feel it’s effective, yet gentle & has a calming effect on my digestive tract. In fact, my ileum was bothering me this morning where food was struggling to go through my ileum & I kept having spasms where it pressed against my lower back. Shortly after breakfast I took the pure encapsulations brand of l-glutamine. About 2 hours later, my digestive tract calmed down & the food passed through. And I felt an overall sense of calm through my body once the ileum spasm subsided. Not all brands of a particular type of supplement are created equal, and of course we all take l-glutamine for different reasons. I’m so glad that I found this brand of l-glutamine as I feel it works best for my situation. My bowel movements feel more complete as well. I recommend this brand for anyone who has IBS.

It's too soon to tell if this is going to have the results I hoped for, but at least I'm not having negative effects.
