Fairies & Fantasy (Watercolor Made Easy)

All information and techniques are provided. Maybe, the hardest step is the transfer of the designs to good paper. After that task is complete, it should be smooth sailing for a replica or adding other elements. I bought a slew of fairy themed books to use a new set of metallic paints I received as a gift. Until that became an obsession, I had no idea this was an artist's pursuit with tons of books and online blogs and videos dedicated to it. This is one of the best resources, and I recommend it.

This book is great and it came in pristine condition, the illustrations are beautiful, it goes over the basics of water colors and the fairies are beautiful. I do wish that it was a little longer though and had more in it but for the price it is perfect and suits my beginners needs quite well I can't wait to try out some of these watercolors and add my own sort of illustrations and twist to them. I feel like this book gives you a great idea of how to layer watercolors to get the final image you are looking for.

This little watercolor book has beautiful designs and a few pages on faces and bodies that are very informative. Very pleased I purchased.

Great book for introducing the variety of fantasy fairy's drawings, costumes and settings!

Nice book has a lot of different types of fairies. Teaches you about watercolor and how to layer it to turn out nice. Doesn't teach you how to draw the fairies if you are looking for a drawing book. Does teach you what to base a fairy off of and how to create your own

I thought this was a coloring book all it is is pictures but it does give you some ideas on how to put colors together I thought it was a coloring book

I ordered these books just before christmas & receive them in time for christmas. My daughter is a new artist (and getting better) that needed new books to show her to draw things a little easier, & new ideas too. She loves the ideas it gives her & ways to do things too. A good book for her startup collection.

Great book, especially for those who are intimidated by drawing. All the lessons have illustrations that can be enlarged on a copier.

Es ist ein schönes Buch mit tollen Ideen und Hilfestellungen, wenn man gut Englisch spricht. Es gibt dieses Buch aber auch auf Deutsch, war jedoch zum Zeitpunkt, als ich gesucht habe, gerade nicht lieferbar.Die Bilder sind wunderschön (11 große, mehere kleine). Es wird gut erklärt, wie man Farben und Materialien einsetzen kann und wie man Gesichter, Haare und Flügel, etc. zeichnen kann. Für Anfänger ist es ideal, für fortgeschrittene Zeichner ist es eher nicht geeignet, da dies wirklich nur Grundlagen beinhaltet.

This book is quite lovely with lots of projects and ideas to help you decide what to paint, I have used fairies from different pictures and incorporated them into this book and it works brilliantly.

Die Anleitungen sind wie immer gut verständlich. Für mich steht und fällt das Buch mit den Beispielen und die sind überwiegend nicht auf meiner Wellenlänge. Ich sehe das Zielpublikum eher im Mangaumfeld.
