Q: Are you happy with this shed?

We are very happy with the shed itself, but dissatisfied with Keter's customer service when we attempted to order accessories needed to install shelving inside the shed. After much back and forth, we ended up receiving only half of what we ordered but were charged the full amount, after being told that the product would be sent at no charge to compensate for the poor service.

Q: I can’t place this against my home because the roof will drain onto my home. Please create another model that drains forward, it will be popular?

Somebody asked once if the roof on this model could be flipped around, but it can't because the door latch is part of the higher pitched roof piece. Buying this model and modding it to change the way the roof is angled would be a nightmare.

Q: How does the shed roof on this unit compare to the peaked roofs? we are in Northern Vt so looking if there is a snow load difference?

I live in Maryland, so we probably don't get as much snow as you do in Vermont, but because the roof is slanted, the snow comes off easily. And if the roof is assembled correctly, you will not have any leaks inside.

Q: can we leave off the sidewalls?

No, this must be assembled with the side panels. The walls of the shed all connect into the floor. The sides are required to ensure proper assembly and the stability of the structure. Any alteration to our products or uses for unintended purpose will result in warranty being void.
