I had no expectations for this extract, felt like it was a coin toss if it would be good or not. I love Olive Nation extracts because they give me fruit flavors I otherwise wouldn't have while doing keto. Most of them are good, including this one. The scent is melony but with floral notes that aren't present in the actual fruit. There are also some floral notes in the flavor itself, which aren't offensive but not to my preference. Nevertheless, I am a fan of this extract because it works where I want it to.Honeydew jello: Melon but slightly floral. Not as nearly as soapy floral as the lychee extract, which I have also tried and found disgusting. Honeydew is at least edible in this standalone jello form.Honeydew jello w/ cream: Yum! Tastes like Melona popsicles. This probably means it would also be good in a honeydew (boba) milk tea.I haven't used it in recipes that involve cooking or freezing.

Absolutely perfect and delicious. Just what I've been looking for!!

I make a melon flavored beverage mixing a few drops with water and sugar to taste. You have to find the right amount of drops to make a glass of melon flavored water to suit your taste. It is a quality product that i enjoy and it is a little expensive but it is a strong concentration that you must take into account.

Flavor isn't very strong. And when I received it from the mail it was partially open and had leaked a quarter of the bottle out. Not really worth the price. I'll stick with Loranns products

... the high alcohol content lowered the freezing temperature while making ice cream. This resulted in a partially frozen (70%) product that required freezer time to get to 100% frozen, which then caused noticeable ice crystal.

Has a strong chemical taste. Smells good, taste however is Icky!Made milk based recipes seperate & curdle.Might taste & work better with flour based recipes.

I really liked the slight floral tone of this. I'm using it instead of orange blossom or rose water in such recipes for a lighter, lovelier experience. Drinking water tastes lovely with a tiny dash too. I may use it for soap as well.
