I really like these, they outlast sponges and smell waaaaaay better compared to that nasty funk that sponges tend to develop over time. They work well enough to scrub food off dirty pots but don't rough up our stainless steel cookware. My wife also uses them to exfoliate her legs so there's that I guess.

I hated using sponges because they start to smell bad and can hold junk in them.I decided to give these a try a year ago when I bought biodegradable soap & dish washing brush and glad I did.We eat at home a lot & don’t use our dish washer since it is faster to hand wash everything as we go.We put these sponges through a lot & just now ordering a new set because they last forever and are the best sponges I have ever used.Highly recommend you give them a try.After use, give them a good squeeze and leave sitting upright, they dry out easily and don’t leave a mess.Also love how they are better for the environment.In the photos we have been using this one for a few months, still looks brand new.

Perfect eco friendly cleaning option. I have been using these to wash dishes for over a year now and have had a great experience. They typically last about 3 months before needing a new one. I usually toss it in the dishwasher about 2 months in to fully sanitize it. It never smells bad like sponges do. Its not great for scrubbing super stuck on food, but does a great job generally. Highly recommend replacing your regular sponges with these.

They seem to work as a normal sponge so far. I have been using mine for about two weeks. It didnt take a little bit of time for the sponge to rehydrate.

Super pleased to find a natural, biodegradable kitchen "scrubber" to replace the awful plastic grocery-store variety. I've used the first one out of the pack for almost a month and it's still going strong, dries quickly, and has no odor. They are not as stiff as the conventional scrubbers so you have to "work it" a little harder, but only a little. And they were delivered in a recyclable brown paper Amazon delivery bag, yeah!! Amazon, can you PLEASE use this type of packaging when possible instead of the plastic padded bags?!

They are incredibly small and difficult to work with, do NOT absorb soap well and crumble in a few weeks. AWFUL.

Very durable and doesn’t smell musty. I’m amazed at how well this holds up. We use a scrub brush to rinse our dishes, so this loofah sponge only gets used to wash dishes that have been rinsed. Nonetheless it’s more durable than cheap sponges and the selling point for us was that it’s biodegradable (whereas typical foam sponges are not). To dry it we stand it up on a dish drying rack and it hasn’t gotten smelly at all.

I like the concept of being eco friendly but the scrubbing was not as good as I had hoped. My husband didn’t like using them.

My preferred luffa sponges are no longer available, so I purchased these instead. They are not as pliable as I would like; they are very stiff. I wash dishes by hand and I've been using one for several weeks now and it is still not very soft making it difficult to clean into corners of dishes. Will not repurchase.
