These hoses are Great!
These hoses are a wonderful addition to my lawn care regimen. They are flexible and sturdy but soft when you need to roll them up for storage. They are sooo good that I now have two of them! I highly recommend these hoses!!!

Reasonable price and works well
It's a hose so does what you'd expect. Only had it a few weeks so don't know how many years it might last. It does seem to be good quality and made in the USA is a selling point.

Very good US-made garden hose
Very good hose for a good price, and made in the USA. It's not approved for drinking, but most people know that (in general) garden hoses are not safe to drink from. The only drawback is that it softens in the heat and stiffens in the cold. You can buy an "industrial grade" Gilmour rubber hose that is better in this regard, but at nearly twice the price. This is a great hose for most applications, with quality fittings and construction.

Great product, great company, and fantastic customer service!
I've used this product for about 3 1/2 years. Bought it after returning numerous "expandable" hoses which all self destructed after 1 to 3 months. This Gilmour hose gave very reliable service. Recently I noticed some leaking at the connectors. I read somewhere that Gilmour had a generous warranty, so I decided to test it. i went to their website, entered my info, and attached a photo of the hose. In about a week to 10 days a brand new hose showed up at my doorstep with no questions asked. You can't ask for better customer service than that. Gilmour Flexogen Garden Hose - Super Duty (5/8 x 25 Feet) A well deserved 5 stars.

Stiff
I have bought Flexogen hoses in the past and they are very soft and pliable. This one appears well-made, but is very stiff. Even after laying it in the warm sun for several hours, it is still hard to coil neatly. I contacted the seller a week ago and did not hear back from them.

Real brass fittings
So hard to find real brass fittings on hoses these days. Even the ones that look like brass are usually colored aluminum. I absolutely do not want aluminum fittings that corrode and "freeze" to other metals when left screwed together all season. Almost didn't get the last hose I had with aluminum fittings off the faucet at the end of the season. I've heard of people having some very expensive plumbing bills when they broke the faucet trying to get the hose off! I know lead can be an issue with brass, but just let the water run a bit if you have to drink out of the thing. I'd be more worried about the chemicals leaching out of the plastic or rubber the hose itself is made from. There isn't enough lead in the fittings of a garden hose to worry that much about, and I'd be willing to bet you have brass in the faucets inside your house, too. Just let the water run a bit before you fill the coffee pot. A little bit will do.

Four 25 foot hoses in series for sprinklers.
I bought four of these to add in series with tall misting sprinklers to water my hosta garden which is 100 foot long and 25 foot wide. They are good quality, and I expect with the layout in place and no dragging around to different locations, the setup should last a good many years. Mostly they shall be covered by loose cypress mulch on the garden paths, avoiding trip hazards and UV deterioration.I recommend you stretch them out on a warm day to allow the curl of the coil to relax, then drag them to the location. My spouse wanted one of them for the veggie garden, near the hose bib. He has an old hose that puffs up when full pressure is on it, not as high quality as these hoses. I think I may be gifting him with my 5th purchase of such a hose.

Purchased to add to water barrel facet tap
This hose might be kink resistance but it did arrive with a kink in it as seen in image. I haven't used it yet but it does look like good quality. Will edit when I try it on my rain barrel facet tap which requires a garden hose and that is the main reason I purchased it.
