It really did what it meant to do...I have mamaged to remove more than a dozen tags in different areas..It stings a bit but bearable..The only downside I feel is burning the tag and skin around it which may get infected if not taken care of... however everything starts settling in around 3 to 4 days after useI will definitely recommend it but one has to watch for his/her resistance to infection..I am not a medicine practitioner but I think a diabetic may have issues with healing of burns..

Item doesn't work and arrived damaged

It’s faulty and potentially dangerous. The wires are exposed as the charger casing fell apart when I plugged it in therefore it doesn’t work. The red wire is severed . I haven’t actually used it because it won’t work . Instructions are not very well written

The instructions make absolutely no sense at all. Yes, I can Google what other users say to figure out how to use it but this has the potential to cause damage. I'm not happy to use it based on the gobble de gook instructions it comes with. If they can't translate to a reasonable standard, would you trust them to burn your skin? I think not. Interesting that there were 3 cards in the package saying send us your order number as we don't know from your review. Like they expect a negative review. It's going in the bin. Suggest you shop elsewhere.

Great product, seek medical advise before use. Causes small electric impulses and burns the skin tag. This then shrinks them or they drop off.I used a you tube video of before and after clips and for usage guidance - instructions aren’t the best.

Didn't work it. Very flimsy product. The lead broke so just threw it away. Waste of money
