I purchase this every year for my office. Works great. The one and only negative I could say about this is that for the first few months it is so tight that little pieces of paper are stuck under the brads unless you peel it slowly and in a certain way, which is what I do. I saw this exact calendar are a nearby bank and they just ripped off the pages and left all the little pieces of paper stuck to it. Looked tacky.

Always buy one every year. Easy to see from a distance. Wish they were easier to tear off. Will buy again.
