Fruit Puree - Blueberry 3 lbs 1 oz (1.39 kg)

I use this product for Homebrew, usually adding one container to a 5 gallon batch of sour beer. Just enough to get a fruit taste in the beer but not overly potent. I’ve tried several different flavors and all have been consistently good.

If you don't have access to fresh fruit for making homemade wine, this is the perfect solution. As with all the products I've bought from Vinter's they are of high quality. Plus the customer service is outstanding and very helpful.

I purchased this to use in some blueberry wine and it's excellent.It was mostly a liquid concentrate but also had enough whole blueberries to fill the top of my primary fermentation bucket.

Good product

Made the mistake of not adding campden tabs when I added this to restart fermentation. Ended up with "flowers of wine". Didn't add much in the way of more blueberry flavor like I expected, live and learn!
