Hanuman Yoga Knicker by Verve

I bought these knicker for based on the reviews. However yes I like the fit, but HATE the elastic in the waistband. It moves around and gets twisted and annoying. I am tempted to remove the elastic and roll the waist section down. Fix it, please. Buyer beware.

I've used these shorts about once or twice a week for about 7 months. They are one of my favorite yoga shorts. They are very comfortable. The fabric is very stretchy and soft. They also seem to breath well and wick away persperation. They fit tight enough that they don't bag, sag for bind on any pose. However they are not so tight that you are revealing your male anatomy in detail. They seem to be holding up well over of months of use and washing. As the picture clearly shows, these are over the knee shorts. They do not have pockets. I actually prefer yoga shorts without pockets. They claim to be made in the U.S. which is a nice feature. It's hard to find clothes that are made domestically anymore. The price is a little steep, but yoga clothing in general seems to command a premium price. These are not priced out of line with similar products.They seem to be sized appropriatly. I wear 32-34 inch pants. I bought a medium size and the fit is perfect,Overall I'm very satisfied with these shorts and can recommend them.UPDATE: I've used these for about a year now and am still satisfied. They seem to be holding up well. In fact, I just ordered a second pair.

the material is quite comfortable and the design and lenght is awesome. the only drawback is that it is way too small for a medium. that is a big problem because it blocks the blood circulation to the hips

First thing: I first bought a size M, which is my usual size in pants that come in S, M, L...etc., and they were much too tight. Went to an L, and those too were tight. Finally went to XL and that did it. They fit comfortably snug in the waist and everywhere else the fabric is not tight against my skin--there's a bit of bag in the butt and the thigh--not a lot, but enough to give me a sense of loose comfort. The fabric gives with stress very easily without needing to be pulled hard. No pockets, no fly. The waistband is made with a piece of elastic floating freely inside a casing, and so if there's ever a need to accomodate a growing pooch I'll be able to open up the casing and put in a longer elastic band. I've washed them, contrary to the instructions, in warm water and dried them in a warm dryer, and I couldn't notice any shrinkage...and so now I can just wash and dry them easily and not have to do the recommended cold wash and air-dry process that the tag specifies. I'm very glad to have found a yoga knicker that I truly like to use.

If you sweat a lot these pants get really stinky and heavy and wet and have to be washed frequently at which point they start to peel and come apart. Regrettable purchase. They are comfy when they don't smell and aren't wet. If you aren't doing anything too strenuous then its a good pair (maybe?).

Have used these about a dozen times for yoga. Excellent quality, good fit and put together in the U.S.A. (a nice bonus). Mine our snug compared to the photo on Amazon, but the material stretches well due to 12% Lycra. Have washed with each use and appears to wash and dry without any issues (the label says cold water wash, line dry, but I have put with other clothes in warm water and moderate heat dry).These were especially good for me since I have short (30" inseam) legs proportional to my waste (36) and height (5"11") so full length pants always are too long when I order large. These come just below my knees which works great for yoga; warm enough, but allows some heat to escape.

But I am now understanding why women wear 'yoga pants' everywhere. In my desire to spread the word about how great these were, I didn't realize that I would be made fun of as much as I did. Oh well, their loss. One thing to note is that the top elastic band at the very top rotates a bit. This is annoying to me but as I am one of the most picky people out there, I still gave it 5 stars.
