Missing spacers
Space arbors were missing so now it’s basically useless because I can’t attach it my bench grinder.Update:Company contacted me and made it right. They sent me another wheel and the spacers this time. I would have been happy just getting the spacers. Works as advertised. I am satisfied.

Good price, but low Quality
I had four problems. The first was the rubber gasket? or the items used for the different mounting the wire buffing wheels on the motor shaft. The reason being that the large diameter circular plates used to hold the original buffing wheel tight on the shaft were designed with a small bevel to contact the wire wheel/and hold it did not work with the rubber adapters - my shaft was approc 5/8" or 3/4". Because the bevel shaft attchment washers allow the rubber adapter to slide on the shaft and not keep the wheel centered on the shaft. The fix was to find a couple of heavy/thick washers to use between the rubber inserts and the large 6" circular attachment plates. This has worked great with no problems for the past month. The second problem was the wire brush was not trimmed in a perfect circle. It was approx 3/16" out of round. Poor quality control. Not a major problem--but the wire wheel ia only touching the workpiece approx. 50%. The cure is to use the wheel for a few hours to wear the steel wires down on the high side. The 3rd problem was that the wheel was not balanced like the origional unit--no balancing holes were evident. Ane the 4th problem--safety note from the manufacturer-- wear safety goggles when using wire wheels.---during the first 30 seconds of use, the wheel lost 2 or 3 of the buffing wires--the wall insulation caught these instead of my face or goggles! A full face shield is the thing to invest a few bucks on!! That my story. A good price for 2 wire wheels--but the $26 dollar units might be the best bargin if you have to vist the Emergency Room!
