First of all, I like Prestige for one big reason. The parts are interchangeable. If one cuff dies, you can use the sphygmo, or the bulb, on all the other ones. Mix and match, and revive the dead. I'm all about Prestige now. No, I don't work for them! I'm a nurse, and I recently bought this for my larger patients who insist on the wrist. I have been using this for a few weeks. I used it today. The reading on the regular cuff was 178/110. So I tried this one. I got 168/92. It saved a doctor's call. It was worth having it in my bag. The velcro works. It has the band to clip the sphygmo on. I love it.Update: I just changed this to a 4 because the sphgmo broke on it. It is the second Prestige sphygmo to break on me. I do use them hard, so that should be taken with a grain of salt. They are good for the price, for sure.

It does what its suppose to.

In my role as a wellness nurse, the majority of my clients are men, many of whom should lose a few pounds and several who are bodybuilders. A regular cuff just won't do.This cuff is just the right size and appears to be well made. My only complaint is that I wish it came in a case. I was going to try to use this for my cat. It would not work because the cuff was too big but also you can’t really use this kind of tool for cats because it’s hard to hear their pulse, even with a stethoscope. It seems very excellent quality though. Would be great for a toddler.

I purchased this in January. The seller responded on a Sunday which I found very impressive. I was informed that the item had a 30 day warranty from the seller, but that the gauge had a 10 year warranty from the manufacturer.I contacted Prestige in California. They were great at replacing the unit.The challenge is the first time the gauge failed. The second time the pressure bulb failed. Then the stitching failed on the cuff. Finally the unit failed to hold pressure.Support has been great so far. Not sure what to say about durability. My last cuff lasted a number of years. Now I will be calling to see if they will provide yet another cuff.Update:Prestige stated they will send me another one. Glad for that. This will be the 4th cuff in a year... Perhaps I will need a "spare" unit in case this fails again?

I have bought 5 or 6 cuffs in the last few years and this one fits everyone and is the easiest to use. The others are pieces of crap, I hate them. They have this bar that slides everywhere and when it happens the cuff doesn't work. I don't know why everyone doesn't use this design. It's the only good design.

So when I bought this I was under the impression that it was a regular sized cuff.... but boy was I wrong. It is definitely extra large. And I'm really not complaining because i have patients that require an extra large cuff (300 pounds plus) and it works for them.

Bulb is too small for the size of the cuff. Find myself pumping 2-3x more than worth my other cuff.

Works really well and easy to handle.
