My elderly mother's previous mirror finally bit the dust. It was hard finding a mirror that took batteries, over plugging in. It was also hard finding a mirror that didn't have other gadgets and special lighting options. Mom didn't need that. What she needed was something lightweight (check), easy to use (check), dependable (check) and realistic in size for her vanity (check). I'm pleased that a manufacturer remembers that some spaces are small and some users need basic operations on a mirror to have the confidence to use it themselves. Quality is good. Mom is happy. Makes me happy.

So I bought this mirror because in a month I will be moving to college and I wouldn't have the time to buy one before moving in. I was looking for something that was relatively cheap (broke college student :) ) and had its own lights, no cord, and wasn't too big because of low lighting, limited sockets and desk space in my dorm. This mirror seemed to check all the boxes and also had the benefit of the light being on both sides of the mirror instead of just one, so I chose this. It came in one day and the mirror inside was well packaged. There was styrofoam surrounding the mirror and the box was the perfect size for the product, which was great for me because it had became so easy for me to rebox it and put it in a suitcase for college and not worry about something breaking. It was easy to screw on the base and put in the batteries, but I struggled a little closing it after putting the batteries in. Note that it does not come with batteries but it only needs AAA batteries which are easy to get. I loved that the power “button” isn’t really a button but a touch switch kinda like the home button for iphone 7 and 8, it added a little bit of a fancy feel for the mirror. Lighting is perfect, not too bright and you can dim it if needed. Sometimes when the lighting is too bright it has warped my perception of the amount of makeup on my face, but this worked well. My only issue is that there is no indicator that you have dimmed all the way, you just have to hold the button and see if the light gets any lighter. Another thing to note is that if you dim the mirror and then turn it off, it will automatically turn on as the brightest light setting. I saw this as a good thing, built it really depends on your preference and it only takes a couple seconds to dim. Overall the mirror is great, and I would 100% recommend.

The light is not bright. Worked well for about a week. Constantly changing batteries to keep the light bright. It is lightweight so i carry it to a brighter room. Update 9/7/22, the company did reach out to me about the mirror and offered a replacement mirror. It is an 8" rechargeable mirror and the light is bright. A big improvement. I do appreciate the customer service listening to my concerns and fixing them.

I like this mirror a lot. its nothing too special but it does the job, I will say the light isn't as bright as you would think but I actually really like it. I had a mirror that was much bigger and the light was much brighter but it honestly was so bright that when I would be done doing my makeup and moved to a more natural light I looked crazy because it would trick me into either not putting enough makeup on or too much makeup on. this one the light is a little more subtle. I bought this mirror because its was cheap and it had a light and I keep this one at my boyfriends house. I don't often do my makeup there but its annoying having to carry all my stuff around when I go to his place so it works fine for what I need it for. I actually thought about taking the one from my house to his and swapping it because I like that one a lot better. it also doesn't take too much space. great buy

It's a good mirror, but for the fact that it's battery powered and the batteries drain fast. So fast that it became quite costly to use.

Excellent mirror quality with clear view and good battery life

Overall I am blown away by the quality of this mirror for the price. It is very heavy and stable on a surface and the light is super bright and lights up evenly and the mirrors are nice and clear and do not seem distorted at all. The mirror rotates freely to position as needed, but doesn't slip or turn out of place on its own (which has been an issue with other mirrors I've had). The switch to turn on the light is basically a touch-sensor, which was a little weird at first since there is no depress or feeling of touching a button, but I like it now because I feel like it will be more durable over time (not having to constantly push on one edge of the mirror) since you just have to tap the button lightly or gloss your fingertip over it and the light responds immediately. My only complaint is that each of the two mirror surfaces feel a little flimsy. Either the metal is very thin or its just metal coated plastic, but either way when taking the mirror surfaces apart (to put in or change the batteries) it feels very flimsy and like the whole thing could snap in half. When all is assembled though, it is sturdy and I would still 100% buy again even with this very minor complaint.

Downgrading my review to one star, but I wish I could give it zero. I purchased this mirror 3 times (July 2020; July 2021; and October 2025). The first 2 mirrors I purchased in 2020 and 2021 were wonderful. The 10X magnification was clear as a bell, and I was very happy with those first 2 mirrors--which is the reason I came back to order a 3rd from this same vendor/page. Well, the 3rd mirror I received is a piece of garbage. The 10X magnification side is so distorted I can barely see myself. So... It's useless. What the heck happened? Why did the quality of this mirror go down so badly? 100% DO NOT recommend.

Der Spiegel ist schön und wertig: völlig verblüfft uns nach wie vor die "3 Farben & Dimmbale LED-Funktion" und das easy Aufladen mit dem mitgelieferten ( oder jedem anderen Kabel). Wer sich bei unterschiedlichen Lichtverhältnissen Schminken/ Pflegen will: der wird den lieben: der sieht im Bad sehr hübsch aus und ist hochfunktionell!

Buen tamaño. El espejo de aumento, muy bueno para el maquillaje.

Sehr gute Qualität, Helligkeit und Vergrößerung wie in der Beschreibung versprochen! Akku hält sehr lange bis eine Wiederaufladung erforderlich ist. Sehr zu empfehlen, immer wieder gerne!
