Great made in USA hammer
Most of my hammers are older US made with nice wood handles that are not to big in diameter and fit my hand ,, this is the same just like the old ones ,,, I am glad to find a nice hammer made the old way

Good hammer, but stop painting them.
Paint is dumb. Why? Just why??? But, good tight hammer with good face. Stop painting hammers...

Best nang for the buck.
Good quality hammer, I left the plastic coating/cover on the handle to keep the wood from getting oil soaked. Well balanced, well built great overall quality. I bought it to drive 1/4, 5/16, 3/8 and 7/16 press fit steel dowels into dies at work. It’s the perfect weight for such job.

USA and nice!
Sweet hammer. Made in the US and you can tell. The head is nice steel and I thought the wrap was ill conceived at first, so I started taking it off; but as I worked it, I found it really lowers the friction in your hand. It's a nice touch.

Size matters!
So this is marketed and labeled as a 12oz hammer yet it weighs 1 lb 4 oz. Almost exactly same size/weight as my 16oz Craftsman ball pein and larger than my other 12 oz. Any chance a batch of these got mislabled? Nice quality hammer, just a bit larger than I wanted.
