## Questions & Answers

**Q: Question for manufacturer: When will you make enough of the coconut jasmine rice so it can be ordered regularly?**
A: They said no, and that they don't care about you. You want coconut Jasmine rice? Make it yourself. Their words, not mine. I'm sorry. /s

**Q: whole grain medley -- what is salt/sodium content per package. Are there preservatives, etc., in it?**
A: Sodium is 690mg per serving, two servings per pouch, each about 1 cup. When I make dishes such as szechuan pork I omit the salt to compensate for the salt in this rice. Ingredients are: water, whole grain parboiled brown rice, whole grain red rice, wild rice, canola and/or sunflower oil, hydrolyzed soy/corn/wheat protein, lower sodium sea salt, yeast extract, sugar, vegetables (garlic, onion, parsley, celery, spinach), salt, autolyzed yeast extract, yeast, spices, natural flavoring and smoke flavoring.

**Q: I just received my order of rice pilaf (12/5/21) and noticed the sell-by date is 02/22. Is it usual to only give 2 months to use the product?**
A: Mine expire 5/22 if you can’t use yours right away try to return

**Q: What's the sodium content in the coconut jasmine rice? (Nutrition info is missing). I'm hoping it's not as high as their other varieties.**
A: 280 mg per cup or 470 mg per pouch

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great tasting, quick to prepare
*by K***T on January 19, 2023*

These pouches are SO tasty! I love wild rice, but it takes so long to cook it. Sometimes, you need something quicker. These are safely sealed and microwave ready. They are a bit pricey, in my opinion, and I wish they could lower the price. But I am still happy with my purchase. They have a pretty long shelf life, and we always have these on our shelf.
