Without doubt the best probiotic I've ever used - and I've tried a LOT! I take two per day (=60 billion CFUs) and have never felt better. Shelf stable (no need for fridge - great for travel). Bacteria survive stomach acid. A very powerful health aid.

This has a wide amount of different Pro-biotic Strains and a quite high amount of, which can be used as a higher amount or lesser if required. No particular improvement felt but no worse for the experience. Worth taking for IBS symptons along with other supplements like enzymes. Would recommend for price and value. Without more tests you have to go on your gut feeling.

This product has a good range of different bacterial species, which I wanted. I always take them after having antibiotics. I hope they do me good, but at least they do no harm! Unlike some doctors!

Good product as it does not contain any allergens. Good for the immune system, especially during or after antibiotics.
