A hard to find supplement with low levels of B-Vitamins and methyl folate
It is almost impossible to find supplements with low levels of B-Vitamins. Every one is loading them up with massive amounts. For example your body can only absorb a small amount of B-12 at one sitting, so it makes little sense to me to take 8000% at one time. The Optimal Methylate Chewable has lower levels for the key B-Vitamins than any other supplement I have found, but also has small amounts of minerals as well - again in small amounts, that help to utilize the Vitamins. It is better to take multiple doses throughout the day, if necessary, than load up at one time and have most of them ineffective, or in some cases, depending on your situation, toxic. I wanted to go east on the methyl folate to make sure that I did not react to it adversely, so appreciated the low amounts present in this chewable supplement. The taste is tart, but not unpleasant to me. So far, so good.
