These have been very helpful for me. I have a medical condition that cause chronic dehydration. I usually drink a lot of water or drinks with electrolytes to help.I love these little tabs! They work great for hydration. Come in small, easy to carry / pack container and they actually work! The added benefit of greens is just a bonus but the hydration effects have helped me tremendously.As someone who travels a lot and works a busy job, they have become a lifesaver to help me feel comfortable on the go. TSA cleared and fit in even smaller wallets. I love them!The flavor is not great but not bad. Just drop a tab in my water bottle, shake it up and go.

I really like having these when I go on extended camping and hiking trips. Both the Watermelon and Strawberry Lemonade taste very good. The effervescence makes for a very refreshing beverage when I get back to camp. The electrolytes replenish what I lost during my active day. The serving of greens means I can worry a bit less about what I am bringing to eat.I also occasionally use at home when I am just looking for a refreshing beverage and perhaps my nutrition wasn't so good that day.

I love these! I use them everyday first thing in the morning in a giant glass of water. It gets me excited to start the day with water, and I go on to continue drinking about 70-90 oz of water a day. It feels like a treat, and I love that it is a whole serving of greens. I buy these religiously and will continue to do so until they’re no longer available.

I typically love these. I bought some to have on hand when my current stash runs out. I received these in June 2021 and noticed they didn’t dissolve so I checked the expiration date and saw they expire in August of 2021. Although they are not technically expired, they’re apparently close enough to not work as well. So that’s a big bummer.USUALLY, these are very flavorful and dissolve well.

Am addicted to this stuff. Tastes so yummy and love that I am getting some good greens and hydration. A MUST if you live in a dry climate like CO!

regret purchasing. Strange aftertaste and does not agree with me.

I used this after heavy workouts and it helps my recovery times and prevents cramping. It's better than drinks since there is not the sugar in energy drinks.

Haven't notice any weight loss, but I do feel more hydrated and ready to start my day.
