Fairly straight forward installation, which is more than I can say for the upper grille insert. Definite improvement over the factory plastic appearance.

Like the look instead of what our vehicle came with.

I installed this while I had the grille off the car for the corresponding upper grille overlay, and that made accessing the lower bumper area a breeze. This is held on with four "j" clips, and I had the whole lower valance on in less than fifteen minutes. The removal of the grille itself is rather easy; (please see my review of the upper grille for details!)The look is very clean, as if it came from the Ford factory that way.
