It came on time which was good. I've had them before and just need a bit of a kick to shed a few lbs ahead of a holiday that's coming up They taste nice and full me enough. Easy to mix. Nice thickness of the shakes. I had crushed ice too. I'm the oldest I've seen great weight loss, which is why I'm back again.

So far the strawberry was undrinkable after the first few mouthfuls, and I think the banana is heading the same way. They're incredibly fake sweetie flavours, like those spongy banana sweets? Definitely going to give those away. I have hopes that the vanilla and chocolate will save the day. Fortunately there are more of those two in the box. The other mixed flavour box is currently much better for me, even if the cafe latte is too much like a rubbish milky coffee, the other 3 are great! Apart from the flavour, these are great shakes. They aren't grainy at all, they're thick with milk and thinner with water, but whizzed together in a nutrabullet they're nice and well mixed and frothy. They're effective - though I don't feel "full" I also don't feel hungry, nor do I get peckish or want to graze which is exactly what I needed. Update: Been burping banana after drinking maybe a quarter before abandoning it. Not nice. :(

I have been using these shakes just over 3 months now, one shake in the morning, bar for lunch, healthy meal for dinner and a shake at night. First 3-4 days was hard to adjust to the cut in solid food but after that it’s been really easy. Combining this diet with good regular exercise (jogging) I’ve lost over 35kgs in 12 weeks. I will continue to use the shake and bars as part of a regular healthy diet now that I’ve hit my desired weight and have upped my calorie intake to non diet levels. These shakes work along with a healthy exercise program and a positive attitude to dieting They also taste great

This product taste good and works. Is bit expensive , but as it work for me . I do intend in buying product. Disappointed in the one I just received as I was missing a shake in box.

First order was fine, now putting bars in box and I don't want any, mis sold. Not happy.

I really like these shakes, they are a little sweet but I have a sweet tooth anyway. I make them with skimmed milk. The bars are filling and nice flavour. As long as you drink plenty of water you don’t feel overly hungry.

Not nice at all wast of money and I can't return it

This is the best shake,compared to many others I have tried.If it wasn’t so expensive I would buy on a regular basis.Love all the flavours except chocolate,love strawberry.
