WOW! The flavor of this product was so good. I really enjoyed the quality of this product. It has lots of flavor and has a slight sweetness to it. I will definitely be purchasing this again.

Great Value
There's nothing special about this, but hey...it's exactly what you need at generic price and delivered very quickly. I actually think the bottle design is nicer than most you purchase in the store.

Pretty good, well priced …
I bought this plus an Italian red wine vinegar. This is very good. I liked the Italian red wine vinegar better. But this is good. It’s hard to find Italian red vinegars. The world seems to have switched to Balsamic, which is lovely, but too sweet for me except occasionally. The reason I didn’t buy this at my local Whole Foods is I don’t think they carry it.SantaFeGrannt

Red Wine Vinegar
Red Wine Vinegar, Chili Crunch, Balsamic Glaze, package of onions, package of small potatoes, garlic, salt and pepper. You cut up all the onions in the package by slicing them thin. Then you cut the potatoes in half. First you saute the onions in garlic oil, olive oil and about 1/2 of a cube of butter. Everything in this recipe came from Amazon. Since this isn't a recipe, but one I created about 30 years ago, one can add what they want. Saute the onions for about 25-30 minutes, tossing them from time to time, and then as onions get crunchy, put those to the top of the pan, leaving the bottom part for the rest. You add garlic, salt (lots) and pepper, plus a bay leaf. (I buy the jar because I use these for other things.). Meanwhile you heat the oven to 400 and place the potatoes in a large enough pan to hold them all. You drizzle some garlic oil, balsamic glaze, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, a little bit of the Crunch, bay leaf and cook for about 30. minutes. Stir a few times. Then, if you haven't eaten all these onions, add the onions to the potatoes and stir. Add a little bit more of what you have been adding, and put back into the oven. After 15 minutes take one out to taste. And then toss everything. About another 15 minutes they are good to go. II have everything ready the day prior, and the day I'm making this I just start things going while I'm getting dressed. I can actually have this for a meal.

Impressive!
I used it for some spaghetti sauce that I was doing, and I felt that it was better than the balsamic vinegar that I was using lately for the spaghetti sauces. The price is good, and I also felt a good balance with the crushed tomatoes from Bianco Dinapoli and the few spices that I added to the sauce. The smell was vinery, from the container, and the acidity was good, for the tomato sauce. I bought the white one previously and it’s great for the baharat curry with red lentils. The container is attractive…both are really great products from the 365 Whole Foods brand. Thanks again Amazon!
