where are the directions

There should be an SD card in the package with assembly directions. They are not very good and I had to go to youtube to find help. Not that it mattered because the printer had non-functioning heat bed.

Product description says “full metal e3d bowden long distance extruder” is this a full metal e3d extruder?

It's a knockoff of their volcano setup and is not a full metal version.
