It will work perfectly We purchased and it fits our hitch mounted rack and stores nicely as well.

No problems as of yet. On the road for 9 days in 85 to 89 degree weather and no problems

The dimensions of my carriers is the same as yours. I got this bag 24" wide so I could set a 21" or 24" propane firepit in it. The wider fire pit will ride on top of the cargo carriers sides.
