These are amazing! I have never noticed a difference from taking or not taking a zinc supplement until now. Helps with low zinc

This brand of vitamins is the best I’ve tried, all their products seem to be exactly what they’re advertised to be. I take multiple vitamins from this brand at once and all together they help me to feel better in many ways. This particular vitamin is very small, which makes it really easy to swallow. It’s a capsule but not a ridiculously large one. Highly recommend this brand

Good product though somewhat over priced.

This zinc I found normal and over priced. Well capsulated, but New Chapter's zinc is well absorbed and has more benefits/ingredients than just zinc. Check it out.
