Barrio Fiesta is the best

A necessary component for Filipino dishes like laing and kare kare, my friends and I only use Barrio Fiesta brand. The bigger jar is a better value, but my fridge is full and I don't use it very often, so I went with the 8 oz. To me, Barrio Fiesta is what bagoong should taste like: intense umami, sweet and salty and kind of funky but not unpleasant. I was very disappointed when seller "Fil-Am Online" swapped out Barrio Fiesta brand for Golden Hands brand without notifying me. After some back and forth with the seller, they agreed to send me the correct item.
