Great LED sign for Christmas Decorations!
Fast, Easy to set up and create messages. Lots of colors and options. Was the hit of the neighborhood for using as a “Ditto” next door to the Chevy Chase Award winning house for lots of lights!

BEWARE They don't last long!
We purchased 3 of these signs and now in less than 2 years all of these signs have failed. They now just flash random garbage on the screen and can't be reprogrammed. Apparently the internal processors have failed. Some of the LED lights are going bad but mainly the messaging no longer works. Now I know why the cost so little compared to other LED signs. These are basically junk! These signs are supposed to be good outside, but we installed them inside an aluminum and plexiglass enclosure to give them added protection. Lexan to protect from impact and cooling fans to make sure they would not overheat. They were failing during cold weather, so it is not overheating that is killing them, it's poor quality. Well they started failing at 1.5 years and now only one is still operating. I think they come with a 1 year guarantee (correction 30 days) and that is gone. Other signs come with 3 year warranty and typically last for 10-11 years. These won't!

Very nice indoors, but absolutely useless in the sun.

Amazing for the cost. A little hard to set up, unless you got a tech guy like my son.

Sign works great - Softtware not so great
The sign does everything it shows on the demo and does it very well. The instructions are almost useless, but fortunately the software is somewhat intuitive and works quite well. You learn the hard way that some of the functions cause severe issues.

NOT FOR OUTDOOR USE
I bought this OUTDOOR product in May and installed it Nov. 20 at my new store. By Dec. 8 the sign quit working. It got wet. The sign no longer works. I would not recommend this product if you do not have a cover over it. Not for getting wet. I bought this for my boutique and the sign worked well for 2 weeks until it rained. Haven't worked since. Attached is the pic of the sign after it got wet. $200+ for 2 weeks. Not worth the $$ to me.

NOT WiFi - You can't remote into it
I got this because it says it is wifi...I needed to be able to remotely change the message if weather or staff shortages changed our schedule for the day. It doesn't do that...they are using "wifi" instead if Bluetooth as a way to connect the pc to the sign...it has short distance to still be able to connect AND I cannot connect my laptop to wireless internet and the sign at the same time, so it doesn't meet my needs. Also, you try to load their software on your phone, it come from a site labeled as a malicious site, so so software for my phone to connect either. Overall, did not meet my needs.
