Excellent belt... Amazing quality... Value priced. Extra long and wide, super stretchy. Inside material sticks to skin well for immediate and consistent sweat, yet doesn't slip or roll with movement. Can be worn undetected under clothing not too tight or thin of material. Velcro closure is so strong, it will NEVER accidentally come open. I only hand wash mine solo... This will promote a long life and ensure lint and thread from other clothing will not settle in its Velcro fastener and compromise its function.I evenly applied Vick's Vaporub all over my belly and sides, about 1/4" thick, very tightly applied the belt over it during a deep-inhaled position, and wore this for 1 hour while I ran vacuum and did laundry. I used a tape measure before and then after... I LOST 1 INCH AROUND MY WAIST IN 1 HOUR! Don't believe me - just try it and you will see I'm telling the truth!

Great product. I have used it for 10 days now. And each time I sweat a whole lot in my tummy area the same. You feel your mid section heat up and yes when you take it off, lots of sweat on you and the band. I noticed it has help me pull in my tummy muscles more and yes a few inches down. Will this do it all by itself, not by far. I'm just glad to have something to help me in my problem area. But the big bonus is, I noticed the rest of my body sweats more with this on than off when I'm doing cardio. The band seems durable. The Velco is very secure, just a gentle pulling on it to take it off so it doesn't rip. As far as that smell, (I believe it's the neoprene) it is strong and can cause a headache if not aired out. So I strongly recommend you air it out as soon as you receive it. I put mine on a hanger and hung it 2 days outside, then washed it in cold water on delicate cycle and hung it back outside to dry, before I bothered to use it. No smell what-so-ever after that. And no side effects for me either. Yes would recommend it, for some belly help.

From day one I fell in love with this product. From the first day I wore it I was amazed by its support and how much it made me sweat. It does not curl up and given its width if fits like a charm. I've recommended it to friends who also share my view. The only issue I have with this is the velcro fastener. Its a bit difficult to remove at times and I'e actually torn the belt in removing the velcro but I am considering purchasing another, so I can work out with one and wear one during the day. The only reason I won't give this a 5 star is because of the velcro, I hope in time they come up with a better way to fasten the belt.

Pro: the item is pretty great in terms of quality and performance. It will make your abs sweat. I have yet to use it without exercise(I'll try it eventually). It doesn't roll down at all and hold pretty tight. Just the support I need. After all my previous one was getting pretty olD and rolled down a little frequently.Con: The velcro is great but yes; it grips pretty tightly to the belt which makes it a little rough to take off. At the same time I can see why they made it to hold tight.

Hello Since for some reason I cannot ask my question in full I will place it here. I will start by saying I had this waist trimmer ab belt since Nov. 2016. It by far has been the best belt I have used. I do not use it as a trimmer belt but as a belt to help keep from getting side stitches and back support when I'm running. I run 3-4 times per week and 3-5 miles at a time. I purchased this one because of the lifetime guarantee, customer reviews and the width. Now here is why I haven't given 5 star review. The Velcro as of the last couple months I've noticed has not been staying as secure and in the last 2 weeks has come completely un-Velcrode dropping the belt while I am running 4 different times. I am now taping the Velcro straps together with athletic tape to ensure they stay together. I have always hand wiped this down and it has never seen the inside of a dryer. Always hung to dry. For some reason I am not able to contact customer service to see what kind of help or replacement can be done. I would like another one and not just a refund if at all possible. Also for some other reason when I try to post a question to the community it will only let me get one sentence posted so I can't find any more info out. Once the problem is resolved I will be more than happy to update my review to 5 star! ThanksI have upgraded my rating to 5 stars! Customer service replaced my worn velcro belt with a new one and has boing going strong! Thanks so much

Excellent idea, but unfortunately my experience with this product was this: 1) the belt would have a tendency to roll up while I am performing my crunches. 2) The product doesn’t repel the sweat but actually absorbs it, making the product having to be cleaned regularly, not that you should not clean regularly, but I do not want to have to literally wash the product after each workout and I workout every day on my abdominals. Other than that, it’s not a bad buy for what you pay.

I had purchased one about 10 months ago.I loved it. It started to wear out so I purchased another one.The new belt is terrible.It is very thin and flimsy compared to the first one I purchased.It stretches way too easily and it's now stretched out to be longer than the original one I purchased and I only used it for a few weeks. The original is in better shape than the new one!Because the new one is so stretchy it has absolutely no support and it rolls and slips all over the place.I opted to purchase a waist trimmer belt from a different company for $3 less and it is much better quality than even the original one of these that I purchased.
